You need to complete all 40 Speed Runs with 1 star or better. You do not need to get 2 or 3 stars for this achievement (although you will need 3 stars if you are going for the Active Lifestyle achievement). To check your progress towards this achievement, go into the main menu, select Journal, and then select Activities.

PascalMarc created an awesome interactive map that shows the location of all Speed Runs:

I did not create this map and take no credit for it, but I found it very useful.

High-speed sections and radars - get used to the Regera right away, because even off-road, due to its power, it tears up off-road cars. There was one race, it was called a dusty trail, where you first had to drive on asphalt and then turn into the forest. I suffered for a long time on the Panamera, Huyara, Chevil C10, Beetle, but nothing came of it and my surprise was very great when in 5 minutes it worked for me on the Reger, although in what way is it tied to off-road? But still it is so. Another misconception was with the Huyara, it attracts with its pleasant handling, but I realized that on the Reger, even if you take insurance and brake hard in turns, it still comes faster. In general, Regera is needed for absolutely all speed races. Just let off the gas before turning, wait a mile and then turn. If you get used to it, the handbrake will practically not be needed. Well, and accordingly, spare parts for acceleration and nitro, the best choice of outlau, I also got 3 bonus brakes and a little power pumped at speed, it turned out to be a beast, not a car. True, I spent about 50 tokens.

Most runs will not be difficult. A couple of races can be difficult.
The “Dusty Trail” ride is half asphalt and half dirt, and the dirt section is winding. Therefore, everything gained on the asphalt is lost on the ground, and the cherished 194 km/h average speed remains unattainable. To complete this race, take the off-road Porsche 911 Carrera RSR 2.8 , bring it to the maximum level, the car has excellent handling on asphalt and dirt, turns with minimal loss of speed. It’s easy to go through the “Superdrive” race with the same car; turns can be straightened along the dirt roadsides, losing little in speed.
