How to unlock the Scoundrel's Retreat achievement in Neverwinter - Definitive Guide

This achievement unlocks after finishing the quest Scoundrel's Retreat. The quest line that leads up to this starts with General Knox in Protector's Enclave, as all story quests do, and takes you to Pirates' Skyhold. The enemies here are 42+.

I believe these are the quests you need to do, it's hard to tell since the game gives no indication of what are story quests and which are side quests, that I can see.

Company Yargo (This is the quest Knox gives you to start this quest line)
Hostile Takeover
The Scaled Menace
A Skyship's Remains
Reclamation
Ahead to Skull Fortress
Eviction
Breaking the Blackscales
Beneath Skull Fortress[2]
The Dead City
Blackdagger Buccaneers
Saving the Living
The Inside Job
Opposition Research
Shattered Ships of the Sky
Scoundrel's Retreat

IGutlessIWonder says : Lili Huntinghawk, that's the girl who has no indicator above her head that you need to talk to near Salvage Camp just before walking into Sunken Town. Also, it's worth noting that any quest-givers in the game have gold lettering in their names, just something to keep an eye out for if others are having trouble where to find the next quest.

Talking to Lili seems to have fixed the problem for a lot of people, so give it a try if you are stuck.

Anybody know of a glitch where you just stop getting quests in Pirate Skyhold? I went all through the map, talking to NPCs at bonfires and haven't gotten any more quests.

Not sure. I thought I had the same problem and then checked back a couple days later after playing my Rogue some. I used the wiki to find out who I needed to talk to for quests and was able to accept the quests even though they didn't have a ! over their heads.

That said, I've been hearing a lot of people complaining about this, so it might be a bug that occurs when you overlevel. Hard to say.

I've heard the same thing, hopefully there really is someone out there I need to talk to without a marker above their head and I just can't find it.

I got up to Breaking the Blackscales quest and skull fortress area and the quest will not show up/be available from speaking to..Shaben Shortcloak at.
I checked all other check points, even got the 2 quest from dropable items (think there is 3 in this zone)... still nothing.

Just confirming: if nothing opens up, search for Lili (she doesn't have a mark above her head, but is near the Salvage Camp) that a quest will open and unlock all the rest needed.

I was stuck for a while. Searched the entire map. I had to do the Skirmish to advance the story. I ended up doing it solo at level 64. After that Every Last Drop and Catching Light showed up at Irrae.

Since the Pirates’ Skyhold has been removed, to unlock this achievement you have to talk to the Acolyte of History in the bottom left hand corner of Zesarena in the Whispering caverns. Once you listen to the tale and complete the quest the achievement will unlock.
