How to unlock the Personal Growth achievement in Nobody Saves the World - Definitive Guide
For quick reference, here are two builds that were very effective against the Calamity in both the regular game and NG+. All abilities were upgraded to level IV and only Fleet Footed and Crit King (which isn’t that important) were purchased from the Store.
Bodybuilder to protect Randy while he prepares his spell
Passive: Strongman, Zomnomnom, Steel Plated, Fleet Footed
Active: Bench Press, Holy Light, Dodge, Slime Slide
Dragon to attack the Calamity while it’s vulnerable
Passive: Dragon’s Dread, Slug’s Secret, Crit King, Fleet Footed or your pick
Active: Clawmbo, Fire Breath, Ravager Rocket, Fourth ability isn't used
You will be fighting alongside Randy who needs time to prepare the spell that makes the Calamity vulnerable. While he’s doing that, the Bodybuilder has to protect him against the monsters that come from the left and right sides. Bench Press is critical to push back the monsters especially the bomb guys. If Randy takes too much damage, his spell is ruined and he will need even more time to recover and start preparing again.
Keep moving and maintain some distance from Randy because in addition to monsters, three hazards will regularly attack: two light beams that damage on their own and explode where they intersect, a circle that spawns a ground-slamming hand, and a glowing ball that homes in on Randy. You should intercept the ball and take the damage yourself to preserve his health.
When Randy casts his spell, change to the Dragon and attack the vulnerable Calamity. First use Fire Breath to set it alight, shoot a Ravager Rocket, and then go back to Fire Breath until it retracts. Slug’s Secret does a huge amount of damage if you follow that sequence.
Later waves of monsters will have Light, Sharp, Dark, and Blunt wards in succession but the Bodybuilder has all the abilities needed to break them.

Thumbs up #2 from me.
A build was suggested to prepare to defeat calamity. An explanation of the fight was given and it's clear thought was put into writing the guide.
The guide is actually WRITTEN and not just a link to a video where the video maker earns views and money.

Story-related; cannot be missed.
This achievement unlocks upon completing the game. Right after unlocking Fortress in the Sky (30G) you'll be outside the entrance to the Mouth to Hell. Surprisingly, there is no dungeon here. Head inside and it's just a short path to the exit. There are a bunch of tougher enemies on the way, but there's no need to fight any. You can simply run past and go through the doorway to reach the final boss fight.
This boss fight is actually relatively simple: short, with no modifiers. You can't damage the boss directly. You need to protect Randy while he charges up an attack. Enemies will spawn in, so you'll need to kill them quickly, but not many spawn at once. The boss will shoot an electric ball at Randy, and the only way to stop it from hitting Randy is to have it hit you or a Familiar. And then the Boss will shoot two rays of electricity. These are the three things you need to protect Randy from. The ball of electricity is the main thing, as it drains his health significantly. Thankfully, if he loses all of his health, it just resets his charging. The fight doesn't start over. Once Randy launches his attack, the head will pop out of the boss and now you can damage it until it retreats back inside. That's all there is to this fight. No different phases or anything special, other than enemies spawning with wards.
In terms of strategy, there's nothing really complex required here. I used the Aqua Barrier and ran into the electricity ball to protect Randy. The electricity rays can simply be dodged. Enemies don't spawn in large amounts, so take them out quickly in whatever your preferred method is. I used the Necromancer and spawned tons of Familiars, which is especially good for taking off a large amount of the boss's health whenever the head would pop out.
Once the boss is dead, this achievement will unlock after a bit of dialogue.
