How to unlock the Sleep. Wake. Repeat. achievement in Outer Wilds - Definitive Guide
This achievement requires you to "be woken up from a dream 5 different ways in a single loop."
The 5 simulation deaths that count are:
* Burning
* Drowning
* Falling
* Woken by the bell
* Caught by Stalker guys with the lanterns
The easiest way to get these is to start a loop from the beginning, head to The Stranger, grab an artifact from the Ghost Matter infested building (River Lowlands) and head to the second simulation building Island Tower.
Once in the simulation, you can quickly die from burning (1/5) and drowning (2/5). Then if you head across the bridge and jump over the barrier, you'll fall and die from hitting the ground (3/5).
Next head across the bridge and head right, following the path outside and down the stairs until you see the glowing green glyph, hope over the barrier and you'll encounter an alarm that will wake you (4/5).
Finally, head back to the alarm, and sneak past onto the raft. Move the raft half way across the lake and look up to the right to find a quick travel thing to shine the artifact on. Take the lift up and blow out the lights in the Starlit Cove. Then use the quick travel thing to the right to get back to the outside area we went through, heading back towards the beginning. You should encounter a Stalker as you enter a building, without a light, so you may need to search for it (5/5).
You should have plenty of time to do this before the dam breaks, and destroys the tower.

This is for putting your light out "dying" in 5 ways in the dream world (which wakes you up). I came up with many ways to die, but the comments have confirmed which 5 you need for the achievement.
How to start:
Enter the Stranger the normal route through the docking bay. Grab an artifact in the ghost matter house to the right just after you enter.
Go to the first tower in the first village you come to, open the secret passage by removing the lanterns on the correct mural (look for the Saturn like planet in the picture). Any time you to sleep at the campfire with an artifact in your hand you awake in the dream world.
Once you awaken in the dream world, jump into the fire (1). Go back to sleep to re-enter. Jump into the water (2). Re-enter once again. Once you leave the tower, look for some wooden stairs near where you start. Climb them, and look to the right for a hand teleporter that warps you if you focus on it with the artifact. On the next island, look straight ahead and should find another hand. From the next area you should see some strangers walking about (look for their green lanterns. Deliberately get caught by one and they'll blow out the light in the artifact, waking you up (3).
At this point I'd recommend getting a raft and floating around the river until you get to where the dam is/was. Jump down into the water where the three chains are on the right, and into the structure from underneath. Fall asleep at the fire here and there's a few more death options available to you.
Send down the lift without getting in it. Drop into the hole to fall to your death (4).
Re-enter the dream world, call the lift. Ride it down. Follow the path down to where you see the locked sarcophagus and some paths to the area to unlock it that you're meant to work out over the course of the game. You'll notice there is a walkable bridge on the right hand path. By walking down it you'll set off an alarm and this wakes you up (5).
At this point the achievement should pop for you.
