How to unlock the One Die to Rule Them All achievement in Red Dead Redemption - Definitive Guide

Pretty tough to do legitimately. Description is self explanatory so if you want to go that route have at it. Or you could just set up a private free roam invite 1 friend and work it out for each other throw the game till you have one dice. then have the other person throw away all of their dice with bad bids (really high) or communicate and work out spot ons. Spot ons are faster when there are more than 2 people going for this.

This achievement can be done with any amount of players, but is best done with two, as the less amount of players, the less time it will take to finish the match. So, set up a Private Liar's Dice match, and have each player lose their dice until they have one left. Have whoever is going for the achievement lose their last die, and the person will unlock the achievement after the game is over.

If you do happen to have more than 3 people going for this achievement, then using the Spot-on method will make the match move a lot faster. Check out the Achievement Trading Thread if you need boosting partners.

This is easy to do without boosting, as it is based on how well you play until only you and one other player are left at the table. Just play as normal and try not to lose dice until after your foe has one or two dice left. Start making wrong calls so you lose dice and get to one dice left then on your turn, if the other player calls your call wrong, just change it up every time to confuse the other player.

For example: If it's your opponent's turn and he calls a die that you don't have (e.g. he calls one die with face 1 and you don't have a 1), call the spot-on. If he is telling the truth, you will win and get the trophy (he can lie and the spot-on will go wrong, it's all a matter of luck).

If you plan to boost this trophy, then please use the boosting thread: LINK

Note: this trophy can be done in a private match.
