How to unlock the Meddling Kids achievement in RESIDENT EVIL RESISTANCE - Definitive Guide
First things first. Know who you are up against. You can't do it on M Field obviously, William has a lot of HP and Mr X needs headshots so don't even try.
I did it vs a Yateveo with my friends M I K 3 ID v, II Snake II and a random and another time with them along with player i020665204.
The best weapons vs Yateveo are anything fire. Just buy torches, a lot of repairs and some molotovs. Flamethrowers are optional. Fire also cancels Yateveo's insta kill ability.
If the MM self destructs the creature, you will NOT claim the kill. Below is shown a successfull kill on it and it's death animation. Play fast and save time after area 2 so the MM can spawn it multiple times.
Update: It's possible to do it on William but it's kinda tricky. You have to corner him and you need an infinite rocket launcher with Becca. I don't advise you to do that but if you want you can try. Here is a successfull kill on William, but I only killed him once in the game.

I got it this way with randoms. It's the only realistically possible way. A well communicated team with torches, lots of repair kits and molotovs.
Pray to play against an Alex Wesker Mastermind who isn't too good. Once she spawns Yateveo, set on fire that motherfucker. Save the molotovs for those funny moments in which Yateveo is trying to eat a survivor.

Just wanted to share the process of how I managed to get this achievement. (It took quite some time and a lot of tries) Patience and great teamwork won the day after days of trying...
Unfortunately, this achievement greatly depends on two things:
1.) The mastermind has to be either Alex or Annette Birkin. (Oswald will not count and Daniel’s Tyrant is practically invincible with damage only being applied by headshots)
2.) Your team. Simply put, if you don’t have a full team where everyone is damaging the bio-weapon together; forget it. You WILL NOT get the achievement without a great team that communicates and works together. I recommend creating one from this site!
Assuming you have a decent team, I recommend survivors over level 25 as most of their skills and equipment slots are unlocked as of 05/10/2020. (Could change with future update)
Becca: highly useful and most recommended if you can pair up with January. January has a skill that allows her to hack the weapon box and buy “rare” weapons like the rocket launcher, Chain-Gun, Spark Gun, etc. Go for the Rocket Launcher! Becca’s ability to use infinite ammo with the launcher helps SO MUCH!
January: Helpful with buying “rare” weapons for the team. Paired with Becca, makes this achievement a lot easier.
Jill: I’d use some mix tape skills with her 4-rocket launcher to activate the skill faster by the time you face the bio weapon.
Valerie: Useful for healing. Last resort in my opinion. (She does have a skill to basically buy an infinite amount of Molotovs. Useful against Alex perhaps, not Annette Birkin. Eh...)
Tyrone and Sam: Use these two packed with skills that increase their melee damage. Grab torches and repair kits and go to town with Alex’s bio-weapon. With Annette, go for the sledgehammer, a lot more difficult against William Birkin though.
Martin Sandwich: Not as useful as the rest. He does have a skill that allows for flame mines and to switch traps with his mines. Problem is out of the two Masterminds, Alex lays more traps at lower levels but her bio-weapon is stationary, so no point in switching mines. Flame mines are very effective if you can get close to the bio-weapon. With Annette, she doesn’t use traps as much at low levels... I would pick Martin as a last resort much like Valerie.
Okay, the team I did it with: Becca (me) level 25, January level 28, Jill level 52, and Martin Sandwich level 23! We were up against a level 15 Alex. We were playing on the Casino map. The goal is to load up on torches, repair kits, and flame weapons as this is Alex’s Bio-weapon (the huge plant that looks like plant 42 from RE1) weakness. Have January try to buy a rocket for Becca. In my play through January didn’t get the rocket unfortunately. (Weapon box is random) I lucked out and got one at the last map stage 3 in the slot machine. (You can also get one sometimes by killing a “Supply Zombie”, the one with a yellow back-pack and logo above his head.)
Typically the bio-weapon won’t appear on the first map, stage 1. It will appear if you give it some time (assuming you have some to spare) on the second map, stage 2. We used Molotovs and torches mostly to eliminate the giant plant. I used a chain gun with my infinite ammo skill along with jills 4-rocket launcher skill.
The next two times it should appear is on the last map, stage 3. Stock up on Molotovs and Torches. At this point I had the rocket launcher and we easily wiped the plant out with Jill and my launcher. Martin used his flame bomb and torch, January was using Molotovs and torch.
The third one can be tricky as by the time the mastermind uses his second one, it takes a bit for the charge to use his bio-weapon to activate again. So either have a lot of time to spare (kill other zombies and such to increase time) and sit it out until the mastermind uses the giant plant again or destroy all bio cores and activate the escape door.
Let me explain about the escape door’s hidden skill: Once the door opens, DO NOT go inside! This is especially true if you play with a team of randoms as they try get you over to the door. Why open the door? It allows the mastermind to charge his “cards” and abilities A LOT FASTER! This helps you too as his giant plant will be available sooner! It also means the mastermind’s bio-charge goes up quickly allowing him to place more zombies and creatures by the door. This is USEFUL! Kill any creatures while waiting for the mastermind to place the giant plant. Each kill adds time to the timer on the hud at the top of your screen. If you are running low on time, this is the best defense while holding out for the giant plant to be placed and activated!!! Wait for the plant to be placed, usually by the escape door and finish him!!!! This should be your third and last bio-weapon kill!!! Congratulations!!!!
If done correctly, the achievement should pop.
If it does not pop, most likely the Mastermind deactivated his bio-weapon (making it hard to get this achievement) This means he “left” his bio-weapon to go back into “camera-mode”. THIS WILL NOT COUNT AS A KILL. Also the bio-weapon is on a timer (Meaning the mastermind can only take control of his bio-weapon for x amount of minutes - I believe it to be around a minute or so), if you don’t kill the bio-weapon before the timer goes out, the bio-weapon will automatically deactivate: MEANING NO KILL, IT WILL NOT COUNT!!! A suggestion would be to ask the player who is assuming the role of the Mastermind while the match is loading if they could assist you with the achievement, therefore eliminating the possibility of him deactivating his bio-weapon. Your team must be quick and “onboard” though, as the timer the player assuming the bioweapon could still run out. One last note: the giant plant can “self-destruct” at low levels if it consumes a (one) survivor. If the giant plant explodes, it does massive damage to nearby survivors and DOESN’T COUNT AS A KILL towards the achievement “Meddling Kids”. At higher levels it can self-destruct without consuming any survivors making this achievement even more difficult to obtain. KEEP A DISTANCE! Unfortunately, melee people are more susceptible but if you use Becca’s and Jill Rocket Launcher paired with Molotovs it will cause the giant plant to temporarily “stutter” and make it impossible to attack. Meaning if everyone jumps in and wrecks the plant it won’t have the opportunity to attack if done correctly! Hence the “work as a team” recommendation. ;)
Annette is a lot more difficult to earn this achievement. I did not get the achievement by playing against Annette Birkin as the mastermind. The following is a suggestion:
You will need a very strong team and I would again suggest Becca-January paired up with infinite ammo skill/“rare” gun skill, Jill with her 4-launcher and paired with The mix-tape equipment skills, and either Sam or Tyrone with melee weapon equipment skills attached.
William Birkin has a ton of HP and you need to hit him with everything you have. While this is already a challenge in itself, you also have to factor that the mastermind is on a timer while playing as William Birkin and if playing against a random, he very well will deactivate Birkin before you finish him.
One important and great thing about going against Birkin over Alex’s giant plant Bio-Weapon is the ability to have Birkin flinch or even drop a survivor he’s grabbed to “one-shot” kill. Flash grenades, Hand grenades, Molotovs, and Martins Skill to use his flash device will all temporarily flinch and cause Birkin to be unable to attack for brief seconds which could make a huge difference! If Alex’s giant plant grabs you, there is nothing that can be done. No weapon will have Alex’s Bio-Weapon drop you. It will eat you whole, (Character sadly dies... NO JILL!!!) and YOU WILL RESPAWN automatically at the start of whatever stage you are currently on. (Of course this can be updated in a future update.)
I would suggest asking the mastermind to help you out if you try to go for Annette. Otherwise this is literally almost 99% impossible. Some gamers have done it, so it’s not 100% impossible, you just need everything to happen and go the right way.

In order to get this you need to DEFEAT a bioweapon 3 times. The one I did it was against Alex Weskers Plant Bioweapon. All 4 survivors got into a party and mentioned what to do. Use molotovs since it does alot of damage and also flamethrowers. Do it 3 times and achievement will pop.

I did this using two consoles. Match-making is a little tricky but possible. As less and less people play this terrible game, it will get easier to match-make.
If you are going to work with another person:
-Be ready to back out of match-making quick. The tricky part is knowing when to back out. You should see the counter on both accounts go up from 1/5 up to at least 2/5. If you don't get into a match with the account you want, back out at the character choice screen. You can do this by signing out and not get the 5 minute penalty. This will make party comms annoying.
-As the MM, use Alex. Use any equipment ad-ons that will speed up the "ultimate"
-As a survivor, try to play ether as Sam or Becca. Only purchase 1 torch, maltovs, repair kits, yellow herbs and grenades.
-Communicate with the other idiots/players via voice chat or messages.
-Spawn the plant near the exit of the second stage. You might have to wait a little while. Take your time in the first stage looking for items and credits to gain more time.
-When you successfully kill the plant, it will give you a 15+ second bonus. There should be time to do a forth if you mess up somehow.
-This is not essential but may be helpful earning the trust of the other 3 idiots. Customize all of your maps with a second preset to not have any enemies or traps or even locked doors. It might not be necessary. The downside to this is that they gain no time bonus or extra ammo.
Hopefully you are able to connect easily but consider region (North America vs. Europe vs. Asia) a factor when working with a boosting partner. Also consider time of day and if there has recently been a sale on RE3 that might have more people on then normal. I can not stress enough how important the communication is with the other 3 players. I failed twice due to idiots. Once they just ran away from the plant and did not help despite not having an enemies spawn. The second time one person used all their ammo shooting at walls and danced45 at the second exit gate for over 2 minutes.

This video show has Becca's 100 bullets achievement. I was playing in a group against this rank 1 Nicholai player. But it is likely you may have to put more effort into doing this. Which could result into going awhile before another opportunity within the same match.
Also remember the bioweapons do have weaknesses. Yataeveo is weak to fire while the other three has a weak point you can deal more damage. You will notice I was aiming at Nemesis' chest plate. You want to aim around there.
I don't recommend attempting this if playing solo you likely get destroyed or your team may defeat the bioweapons too fast. Which means if you don't get any hit on them before they go down, it doesn't count.
Also keep in mind, Yateveo has to be killed. It will take awhile to do this again. A good enough team can quickly kill it. I actually witness being on the bad end of the stick under a minute. William, Mr. X and Nemesis can be defeated a few times.
Mr. X takes the longest to recover with William being the second longest. But Nemesis doesn't need long to get right back up as shown in the video. So I recommend attempting this on either Yateveo or a better team for Nemesis.
I would highly recommend doing this on a MM using Alex, simply stock up on as much fire utilities as possible and yellow herbs/sprays and team up with a few friends or communicate with teammates to take it down once in stage 2 and twice more in stage 3 and hopefully you manage to complete this!
Took me a few times and is definitely situational depending on whether you're playing with people that know what they're doing or/ with friends but if you get an understanding on the move-set and play with good teammates should be a piece of cake.
