All you have to do is to win Final Route 4 with a car from this list (Special Class is all that you can do it with):
SP - Cybersled Ultranova

I personaly used the Kilik Angelus for this race.
During 2 laps i used nitrous (1 bar at a time) to stay closer as possible fof others cars and keep the 3rd or 2nd place.
Then on the final lap, i stopped using nitrous to refill my 3 nitrous bars then at the exit of the mountain just after the left corner and before the jump i used a full nitrous charge (3 bars) and took the first place.
The main difficulty is to stay in 1st position on the last right corner before the finish line, if you pass it without hitting the wall you can refill your 3 nitrous bars and use them again on the straight to stay ahead.

Holy shit. I did it! It's probably been at least 2 or 3 years since I beat that race the first time. I pretty much was trying what Y4n said, but I decided to try using it a little more and hoping to hit the "ultra charge." I basically stayed in 1st or 2nd the whole race this way. I used the Kilik Angelus, which was so much different from the Kamata Angelus I beat the race with in the first fucking place. roll
NEVER use nitrous going into the narrow canyon. However, timing a single one to end just before or on the sharp right (well, double right) going toward the mountains is good for getting your nitrous right back. I also used a double shot on the straight away starting the final lap, and ended doing a double around the last bend.
You really want to try to keep at LEAST one car behind you at all times, preferably two. When somebody hits their nitro, hit one of yours or the double if you're full and in a good part of the track. If you do it enough, you'll get the hang of when to hit nitrous to get a decent refill as it runs out.
