Here's my approach which I used for an 'A' rank and score of 50100.
First room: get brass nuckles to kill first 4 guys. Get garden shears.
Second room: Use garden shears to kill people fast and try to make you way towards the screamer/exit door. Get the shock fists near the entrance if your shears break and you havnt made too much progress into the room. The last room on the right also has tongs if needed. Go up the stairs, monsters wont follow.
Outside: kill the few guys on your way to the alter straight ahead. Pick up a weapon (i took creature gloves). Turn around and head towards the left of the door you just entered from. Kill all mosters between you and the route on the left. Kick the screamer if she's screaming. Hang a right after the screamer to pick up a Shreader weapon. Its around a corner.
Push to finish: Should be eaiser from here on. Use the shreader to work you way to the far left wall.
The exit is the large passage way with a screamer in it. If you need to cover your ears, kick the screamer while doing so. Work you way into the large passage to compete the chapter.
I had almost exactly 5:00 left when i finished. Good luck!

I had 4,35 on the clock still got an A and 52,540

Great solutions for all of Act 10! I just ran after collecting the golden knuckles, killing only 4 or 5 zombies on the way.This gave me an 'A' with 6:58 remaining, and a score of 34,530.

To get an A rank, you must complete the scene quickly, and with a decent, but not necessarily high kill count. Move from area to area swiftly, stopping only to kill those enemies directly in your way. Keep your arms down unless you need to block or attack; the auto-aim will become frustrating quickly, as it will spin you around in directions you may not want to go.
Scene 1 takes place in the catacombs and graveyard from Act 2. An A rank can be achieved with at least 42,830 points, but lower might be possible.
