How to unlock the Live to Tell the Tale achievement in Rise of Nightmares - Definitive Guide
Here's my solution, it values speed, because you'll still likely die a lot and its good to get past the easy parts quickly. I completed in 6:45 and had a score of 43320.
Room 1: Auto walk to the floor grate (spikes are behind the box.) Auto walk to the door in the hall below the grate.
Room 2 (spikes): Walk straight ahead to the left of the wall spikes. When the wall spikes go in, walk past and stop in front of the pillar/column on the wall. When the second wall spikes retract, walk past and stop before the floor spikes. Turn right and walk forward and pull the LEFT lever. Turn around and get the vials from the chest. Turn around and walk towards the golden door. Stand a little distance from it and turn left. Throw a vial at the right-most barel, near the wall. Stay near the wall and pick up the key. Head towards the monster and kill with 3 vials. Exit with key.
Long bending hall: Follow the hall. At the first spikes, stay right and walk over the (deactivated) floor spikes. At second spikes, stay right and walk past the wall spikes when they retract. Auto walk when available.
Doll Room: Use last 3 vials to kill barfer in window if desired. Punch/kick the dolls and work towards exit.
Nursery/bedroom/dressing room: Enter the nursery, dont move. The moster will be killed by purple spawned spikes. Pick up machette. Exit to bedroom. Turn left and approach the chest on the night stand from the LEFT. Kick the chest and pickup the key. Kill the two monsters. When the purple effects happen (happens 3 times), walk backwards. Ignore the closet. Use key to enter dressing room. Go right and pull the lever then exit the dressing room. Use auto walk down the stairs.
Blade room: wait for the blades to go left. Move to stand beside the first monster. Kill it. When blades go past you to the left, move to stand beside the next monster. Kill. Keep blocking for vomit attacks until you begin to move. When blades go past to the left, move to stand beside the next monster. Kill. Pick up the golden vial and throw at the two monsters on the opposite side of the blade path. When the blades go to the left, move across the blade path. Push forward past the dropping blade etc. Use remaining gold vials to kill monsters. Pick up scythe if needed, or shock rod etc. to kill remaining monsters which crawl out of the grate. Go down the grate.

Scene 2 begins in the TV room from Act 3, and takes you through the bedrooms, ending in the booby-trapped underground passage. There are very few enemies in this scene; your main task will be avoiding one-hit kill traps. An A rank can be achieved with at least 38,820 points, but lower might be possible.
