How to unlock the Aphasia achievement in Saw - Definitive Guide

When you get to the 2nd room where you have to solve 2 major 7x7 boards I found out that this link helps. I shows multiple versions of 7x7 boards. Just determine which board is yours and solve it. Pausing the game helps to memorize the board.

Another tip during this stage is not to fix the valve for the gas. Just run through that part.

I got out of that room with over 2 minutes left on the timer.

Hope this helps.

Sorry to say but this is an achievement that has no easy way out. The puzzle is always different. But all I can do is offer some tips, because if your like me and thought the video above would answer your problem, your wrong. You have to do this alone.

Some tips -

At the start of each puzzle connect each piece to ANYTHING, you will be suprised how much this helps.

Anything in the corners, turned them to the center.

Get the first two done as FAST as possible, the extra time is crucial.

Keep trying and eventually you will have an easier puzzle to do. Give it time.

And finally, dont be afraid to turn a light bulb red, some need to be moved so that others can turn green.

Good Luck.

P.S - Dont stress it too much, it took me about 8-10 tries, you will get it eventually and then youll get closer to your 1000g's that you know you want.

I know a lot of you are having a lot of trouble with the last puzzle to save Oswald. The first 2 aren't so bad. The problem is that the puzzles isn't always the same everytime. Below is a link to a few pictures of every possible variant of the last puzzle. I take NO credit for the pictures, all credit goes to "GrimChild24."

The above link also works for any 7x7 circuit boards you may come across later in the game.

Good luck!

I "cheated" to get this one because it was driving me crazy. The first circuit board is very easy, no help necessary. For the second and third, I consulted YouTube, found my specific puzzles, and paused the videos once they were solved. I then went back to the game and used my YouTube pictures to complete the puzzles. I know, a little cheesy, but my brain was fried. This "strategy" works for the other circuit puzzles later on in the game as well.

This is the third "boss" in the game. To free Oswald, you need to complete several of the fuse puzzles, by turning the different fuse pieces to make all the lights turn green. Watch the video for more help.

You've by now become familiar with these fuse puzzles. Again, since these are all randomized, there isn't a set of moves I can give you to complete them. However, the best advice I can give is to work with the activated pieces first and position them to give power to the largest area. If you have a 3-pronged piece and one of the openings is facing off the board or directly into a dead end, that's not going to do you any good. The first two are fairly simple but the third is much bigger than anything you've had before. The same rules apply though, so do your best to get the first two done quickly so you can leave enough time for the last.
