How to unlock the Spear Shaker achievement in Shake Spears! - Definitive Guide

The trophy will drop after defeating the boss at the end of the second map (the second map will open after completing the first). By map I mean a playing field on which we go through 20 levels, 4 of which are large castles. The second map looks exactly like the first, only the opponents will become stronger.

The boss has about 1,350,000 HP, while you will have about 200-300 thousand.
To win, you need to buy all the magic available for gold; you don’t have to buy it for crystals, because... crystals are given extremely rarely and it is better to use them to upgrade your character.

I managed to defeat the boss with a level 41 horseman for increased damage. The tactics were as follows: for his first attacks, you don’t have to use any magic, hit him a couple of times with an ordinary spear, you need to hit him in the groin area (since almost 100% of the time we’ll hit the wrong shield, if you hit him in the legs, we’ll usually do less damage, but there is a high probability of not hitting the head), so that he is the first to use ghost magic or time rollback, then we use “telepathy” (black mask) and try to take the remaining of these two magics; if we take away something else, it is better to restart the battle. Next we use the “magic shield” (to break his spear), the next round, when he is without a spear, you can use “spurs” or “long spear”, then in the new round what was not used in the previous one, then most likely you will have your shield is almost broken, i.e. We use the “forge in the pocket” and then finish off with regular attacks to the groin area.

Here's my walkthrough as an example, it's a little different from the text, but essentially I used the same tactics

If you have reached this battle, then in theory you should better understand the physics of the game, i.e. You should use attacking abilities not at the beginning of the round, but when the game is slowing down, so that the enemy does not have time to use something counter, such as a ghost, magnet, stone armor or flash grenade.

Having won a battle, before moving further along the map, it is better to replay the same battle 8-10 times again in order to accumulate money and increase your level. Replay until your level is the same (or higher) than the next opponent.
It will take a long time, but the opponents will not be so difficult.

If you see that you are losing the battle, you can press “pause” (at the top in the middle of the screen), then “to the map” and re-select the castle where you stopped. In this way, you will start the battle with the last rider and you do not have to go through all the opponents who were before (and this is up to 4 battles).

I discovered a bug in the game, having the “spur” and “right on target” magics (the mechanic has the latter in the form of a sight). The bug is described below in the text in round 4. The order of my actions, using the example against the sorcerer (the last boss), at the very beginning immediately activated the magic “magic shield” (breaks the enemy’s spear), “magnet” (attracts the enemy’s spear into the shield) and “telepathy” (when you hit an enemy, excluding the shield, it steals one of his magic) your goal is to steal “try again” (rewind time), in the worst case, “telepathy”. The second round the enemy is without a spear (the rewind is stolen) in front of the enemy we activate “dynamite”, thereby the damage to the enemy goes through and he uses “ghostly” in vain, if you stole “telepathy” in round 1, then use it at the beginning of round 2 and repeat what was described above and are trying to steal time rewind. If in the first rounds it was not possible to do what we had planned -> pause -> return to the map, and repeat. Round 3 the enemy uses the remaining magic, you can use a ghost so as not to risk it. Round 4 and the bug itself: at the very beginning, quickly activate the “spurs” and “right on target” magic in the following order, the monster sometimes hits the enemy up to +70 million, and sometimes -1HP, but in any case the enemy will be defeated with 1 hit, how many he would have no life left. It should be added that the bug works in about 90% of cases. I went through the last castle with a level 37 character of the mechanic class (increased armor), maybe another, but first I bought the mechanic class for 10 crystals, then “dynamite” for 2 crystals, and “right on target” for 4 crystals. At the end of the game, there was 1 crystal left to upgrade to level 38.

The essence of the campaign is that at the same levels (yours and your opponent’s), you have a 70% chance of immediately knocking down the armor. Those. subsequent blows can be delivered directly to the body, causing significantly more damage. Therefore, the entire passage of the company is almost guaranteed to be completed at the same levels.

The problem here is that over time, levels can only be taken for crystals along with gold. And crystals are given in limited quantities. I personally spent 10 grand to change my profession to a mechanic, and the rest only on levels, and in total I only had enough crystals up to level 42. In the last castle needed for achievement, the opponents are level 41. I also completed the castle on level 41, but if I wanted, I could have completed it on level 42, which would have been easier, I was just too lazy to spend another 15 million per level.

Therefore, you simply go through the campaign until the moment it is freely completed and calmly increase your levels as you save up for them. If you are faced with a castle that you cannot pass due to the fact that the opponents are 1-2 levels higher than you, then simply return to the previous castle and fill the level of gold there. During normal playthrough, you will always have about 5 crystals in stock to increase levels. But don't get hung up on pumping. Pump up one level at a time and move on, because... Each new level will require more gold, but in each new castle they will give more and more of it.

Keep in mind! Don't spend crystals on anything other than levels! And if you have difficulties completing the campaign, you will have a level to spare. If you don't change your profession, you have 6 levels left! Because starting from level 40, they will require 2 crystals per level.

My battle strategy was standard throughout. I noticed that it is best not to touch the spear at all. Because In 99% of cases the computer is stupid and misses a blow to itself in the balls, without even covering itself. So control only the shield. In fact, the shield helps a lot. Very!

Regarding magic, I always used a magnet at the beginning of the battle + a long spear on the slowdown a moment before the collision, so in 99% of cases I immediately knocked the armor off the body, in the second round I used a thief’s mask (which pokes something when it hits) + on the spur’s slowdown, so in both rounds I dealt more powerful damage, and also slow-poke attacks at the sight of a long spear or spurs sometimes spam their bonuses into the void in a row, and it’s very good that they are deprived of them. If someone survived further, then I used a spear scrap, broke it with it, the next round I simply punched it in the balls, and then a giant shield to cover mine =). The repair tool is used as needed. The ghost is only needed for a couple of things. The first is to hide from the knight when he uses spurs. I still didn’t understand what the joke was, but with his spurs he sometimes managed to knock me out with one blow. The second is against alchemists when they inflict stupor.

+ with the mask of a thief you can sometimes pull out useful things, such as super armor or inducing stupor, use them at your discretion. Some can help out quite well. Even an extra magnet or spear will always come in handy.

Regarding opponents of sorcerers, the strategy is the same as above, plus I noticed a small bug that works in our favor. First, know that I also used a magnet + long spear against them at the beginning before the collision. Out of fear, they immediately turn on the ghost, but it goes away after you hit him in the balls, i.e. the enemy immediately loses his ghost (and sometimes your blow with a long spear hits the enemy, and the enemy passes by you as a ghost). However, if you knock off his armor, he will use the time return and start the round again, thereby returning the ghost to himself, but we will no longer have a spear and a magnet. But! If we follow my strategy and in the next round play the mask of a thief and spurs and at the same time successfully steal something from him - voila, along with the stolen garbage, the magnet and the spear will return to us. Why does it work all the time! Tried it over 100 times.

As for all the other trophies, forget about them, they are all cumulative and will be taken without problems during the campaign, except for “Lord of Magic”. The trophy itself already contains a hint on how to get it. And you just need to pay attention to “Sir Valuev” so that from the very beginning of the game you can always beat noobs of levels 1-10 in turnips if possible, in order to knock out the trophy in advance and forget about it. Because at high levels there will be no time for this, and after gold it is not kosher to get it.
