In this fight, you need to whip the bell on the left with your hair to reveal a dynamite barrel up the top left. Climb up the chains and whip the barrel so that it is flung at the ship boss and it falls down, dazed to the ground. Quickly go to the ground and repeatedly attack the dazed boat thing's face until it gets back up. Repeat the above a few times to finally defeat the boat boss. Note that there appears to be a cool-down on the bell before it will actually ring again - just keep smacking it and it will eventually produce another dynamite barrel to use. The achievement will unlock once you step on the pedestal to complete the mission.

This is the first boss in the game, found at the end of Main Street. You need to ring the bell on the left side of the screen in order to make an explosive barrel appear on the platform above. Use the chains to reach the platform and then whip the barrel towards P.O.O.P. T.O.O.T to temporarily stun him. Jump down and whip him until he recovers. Repeat the process until he is defeated. There is a slight delay between when P.O.O.P. T.O.O.T recovers and when you are able to ring the bell to make another explosive barrel appear.
During the fight, P.O.O.P. T.O.O.T will launch cannonballs at you that can easily be avoided. Some of these, however, will be on fire and will leave behind a small flame that lingers for a few seconds. Risky may also try to attack from the crow’s nest. She will raise her pistol and fire three bullets at once. These bullets are tiny and spread in an arc. To avoid getting hit, stay to the left side of the screen at all times and be careful when climbing the chains. You may need to adjust your position or jump to a different chain to dodge the cannonballs and bullets.
