How to unlock the Pummeled Pirate achievement in Shantae: Half-Genie Hero - Definitive Guide
To do this, simply beat the Pirate Queen after she steals your uncles Dynamo.
You can do it the easy way, with magic and you'll finish her off in under a minute.
OR
You can do this while going for the Queen of the Seven... Cheese? achievement by attacking and killing her in mouse form which takes ~15 minutes and lots of health.

-( Story related, cannot be missed )-
The main antagonist all this time has been Ms. Risky all along! Fighting her in her hideout is actually the longest fight of the entire game. She can certainly take a beating. She has a repeatable pattern, making her also the easiest (to some extent). After jumping three times, she'll run to the opposing side (if she's on the left, she'll run right) and then shoot two different bullet types: a sticky straight shot that will explode after a bit, and a three-way spread shot. Following up with that, she'll perform a sword swipe from one side to the other three times.
Another three jumps and a run-to-the-opposite-side will see her perform a high jump followed by a diagonal three-way shot once more. Two more jumps and she'll perform yet another shot, then repeat some more acrobatic jumps. This time, she'll be on one side and start shooting a cannon downward from one side to the other. After performing this action, she'll disappear from the screen temporarily before reappearing, dangling on an anchor as it bears down on your location twice. You can hit her here or wait for her to sway back and forth, but the focus is to survive until she comes back down.
When she stops descending the anchor and instead sways above, just barely out of reach, Tinkerbats will swoop in and try to crowd you. You can pop these for hearts and magic refills if you're lucky. All you have to do is last until she gets done throwing her fire plumes and then she will float down to face Shantae at eye-level.
That's all there is to her fight. She can take a beating, so you will be getting a crick in your neck like Shantae from all of the hair whipping. Just as a notice, though... there is another trophy tied to this fight:

Story-related and cannot be missed.
You will obtain this trophy by defeating the seventh boss in the game (Risky Boots), found at the end of Risky’s Hideout. She follows a (mostly) predictable cycle:
- Hops around three times and then runs to the right side of the screen.
- Fires one shot to the left and then three shots that spread in an arc. You can duck under the first shot, but the second attack will hit you if you are too close.
- Raises her scimitar and pauses for a moment before quickly dashing to the other side of the screen. She does this three times.
- Hops around three times and then runs to the left side of the screen.
- Leaps into the air and fires three orbs that spread in an arc at a downward angle.
- May also hop around some more or fire her pistol.
- Leaps into the air and bounces across the screen on her cannon, firing cannonballs towards the ground.
- Crashes down on an anchor twice. Use the shadow on the floor to tell where she is landing.
- Swings around on the anchor in midair and sends a few waves of Tinkerbats to fight you. She will also toss bombs at random. It is very easy to take damage here, so ignore Risky and focus on killing the Tinkerbats and dodging the bombs.
As always, the Pike Ball and its upgrade are highly recommended. Still not good enough? If you have the Magical Tiara (see Master of Unlocking), you can simply use Invincibility the whole time to make this fight trivial. Killing Risky as a Mouse (killing blow only; you do not need to do all damage to Risky as the Mouse) will net you Queen of the Seven... Cheese?, but you can always return later to face her again.
