I thought I'd give a few tips on how I got this achievement as I failed on multiple attempts to get this so hopefully it helps.

This achievement took around 2 hours 15 mins to get so be prepared to be in it for a little while. This guide is for solo player (pausing makes life easier then sitting down for 2 hours straight) as that is how I did it and I am unsure how addition players effect enemy spawns/health.

General tips
-Always ensure you have a life token this can save A LOT of time especially if you fail runs so a life token is always good to have to revive yourself
-Play a few matches before hand to be able to level up perks, this will make the run a lot less stressful.
-Play on an easier difficulty to ensure for the most efficient way to get this however I did it on normal and had no issues whatsoever
-Take advantage of Half Points power up to get the map open or to get the tier 5 weapon as its quite expensive

Map
-The Ashes of Sker Hotel
This map id say is the easiest for this achievement as "Dark rounds" have less enemy spawns meaning the waves go a lot faster and the main weapon for this map "howler" one shots up to wave 50 where enemies have over 25k health. I ran around the "Ground floor Great hall" (teleporter room) into the "Ground floor East wing" into the "Chapel" using the long corridors to complement the Howler and get easy Punch through kills

Perks
-Elixir of life (IV)
-Shock and load (Un-Upgraded)
-Stallion Juice (III)
-Swift Death (I)
-Fast hands (II)
These are the ranks i had the perks however during the run I didn't even buy "Shock and Load" of course the high level of perk the better however with these ranks of perks I have no issue whatsoever and barely lost half my health

Weapons
Main weapon -Howler (Tier 5)
I used just this weapon for my whole run after obtaining, Making use of half points to upgrade this weapon as much as i could and buying ammo from the vending machine, This weapon can be obtained by following the first few steps of the maps story, this weapon at tier 5 was doing from 25k - 97k damage per shot and Punched through enemies allows for multiple kills in one shot, enemies have over 25k health at around round 40 so this helped a ton and once again due to long hallways in the map it complements this weapons when it punches through or ricochets off of walls.

Secondary weapon - Any fully automatic weapons
This weapon honestly isn't needed due to how strong the howler is however using it to make use of "Sudden Death" power up (insta-kill) is great for ammo preservation on the howler allowing for more points to be spared if needed

Miracles
Honestly anything can be used and its all personal preference but ill give you what I used and what i think is the best if needed below what i had however its all personal preference

During this run i only had Tier 1 miracles so as long as you have them you should be good
Gun - Solid shot (Increased weapon damage 10%)
Best in slot for gun - Critical fire (Damage increase 6% and Critical chance increased by 40%)

Molotov - Boom boost (Add 20% bonus damage to Molotov's)
Best in slot - Thunder bomb (Stun enemies for 7 seconds)

Heal - Ice Elixir (Gain an ice shield after use for 36 seconds reducing incoming damage by 40%)
Best in slot - Ice Elixir

Knife - Speed stab (Increase speed of Quick melee by 40%)
Best in slot - Critical Stab (Increase the Critical Strike chance of Quick Melee by 65%)

Special ability - Poison Fog (Increases Damage done and reduces damage taken by 16%)
Best in slot - Invincible (Makes you invulnerable for 11 seconds and deflect all attacks)

Just do this spot on easy. So easy I watched Netflix while doing achievement.

Le plus simple pour réaliser le succès est de finir tout les secret pour obtenir le tueur de dieux.

ensuite mettez vous dans n'importe quelle carte ( pour ma part la première a la salle de l'amélioration ).
en parallèle améliorez le tueur de dieux palier 5 pour le succès ci rapportant.

en normal le succès est très simple a réaliser.
