How to unlock the Loco Motivated achievement in Stacking - Definitive Guide
The first challenge is to Free The Kids: simply stack into the dog feeding machine and pedal the machine to feed the dog. Stack into the dog to unlock the cage and free the kids. This is related to the story and cannot be missed as there is only one solution.
The second challenge is to Defeat Sickle the Sly:
1)Use the fire chief to make guard wet, then quickly use Hans to blow cold air on the guard.
2)Use Sir Sully to infect a smaller doll and take the smaller doll near Sickle.
3)Take soup bowl child up to the pigeon car and then serve the soup to the guard.
4Use Sir Sully to sneeze on a soup bowl child and then serve the soup to the guard.
The third challenge is to Tickle Tiberius the Terrible
1)Use the french maid to dust the guard's head.
2)Use a soup boy to attract a pigeon near Tiberius the Terrible, then use the pigeon onto his head.
3)Use the tailor to remove the Tiberius the Terrible's armor and then use Gilliam to hug him.
The fourth is to Illuminate the Shadow General
1)Use the lighter doll's flare ability and then flatulate or spill oil on him
2)Use Jasper to turn the gas main on and the lighter doll to light the pilot light.
3) Serve money into the coin slot and then use the Carbon Footprint ability on the pad.
The fifth and final challenge is to Scare Simpleton the Strong
1)Use the spy to put a mask on a big doll and then approach the guard
2)Use Sheet kids to put a sheet on a small doll and then show the guard.
3)Use a hammer or toilet kid to annoy two adults to release the clown and then use him to scare the guard. (the clown is located earlier in the level inside of the second passenger car. He is inside the Jack in the Box. Make the man guarding it mad by hitting him with a hammer to get Peck the clown to come out)

i can't seem to get this one to work, is there a certain way of doing this?
There are 4 challenges on this level:
Defeat Sickle the Sly:
Solution 1: Stack into Hans Allendorf, then into Fire Chief Russell, both of which are found on the floor directly above Sickle. Head back down to him and use the fire chief to soak him. The quickly unstack and use Hans to freeze him.
Solution 2: Stack into Sir Sully Taintwell and sneeze on a small doll near Sickle to infect the doll. Now quickly unstack from Sir Sully and stack into the small, sick doll and walk up to Sickle. He will get sick and run away.
Solution 3: Stack into a soup boy and walk up to the pigeon coop 2 floors above Sickle. The pigeons will interact with your soup and contaminate it. Now take the soup down to Sickle and give it to him. It will make him sick and he will leave.
Solution 4: Stack into Sir Sully Taintwell and sneeze on a soup boy to contaminate the soup. Unstack all the way down to Charlie and the stack into the soup boy with the snot soup. Take this soup and feed it to Sickle. He will again get sick and leave.
Tickle Tiberius the Terrible:
Solution 1: Stack into a maid with the feather duster. Walk up to Tiberius and dust his face. He will roll over laughing and leave.
Solution 2: Stack into a soup boy and walk up near Tiberius. A pigeon will come down to you and you can then stack into the pigeon. Now move close to Tiberius as the pigeon and it will begin to attack his face,, and he will run away.
Solution 3: Stack into the Tailor Wickens, who can be found sleeping in a chair on the third floor above Tiberius. Walk him down to Tiberius and take his measurements. The will give you suit of armor to make adjustments. Now stack into Gilliam the Furry, who can usually be found back in the room where you found the Tailor. Walk down to Tiberius and give him a big man hug. This will, for some strange reason, freak him out enough to run away....wierd, I know.
Illuminate the Shadow General:
Solution 1: Stack into either Meriwether (fart guy) or an "Oil Spill" man, the stack into a "Flare" man with the candle on his head. Go up to the Shadow General and use flare, then unstack and use either flatulate, or oil spill. This will make a large explosion and the General will run away.
Solution 2: Head to the floor above the Shadow General and stack into Clerk-of-the-Works Jasper. Head to the back of the room and turn on the gas line using his maintain ability. Now stack into a "Flare" doll and use its ability to turn on the pilot light. This will turn the power on in the Shadow General's room causing him to run away.
Solution 3: In the piano room you can find little dolls that serve money off of a tray on thier heads. Stack with one and bring it to the Shadow General's room.On the wall opposite the General will be a coin activated machine that you can "serve money" to. After you have done that, return to the piano room and stack into one of the "Carbon Footprint" women with the monocles and fancy hats. Take her back to the machine you put the money into and have her use her ability on the pad that says "Jump Start". This will turn on the power and cause the General to flee.
Scare the Simpleton:
Solution 1: Stack into the Corporate Spy and use him to disguise one of the large dolls to make them look like a guard. Now stack into the newly disguised doll and take it to the Simpleton. Relieved about having someone take over his shift, he will leave.
Solution 2: Head back to the kid workshop you passed through and stack into a laundry girl. Use here ability to put a sheet over one of the small dolls. Unstack down to Charlie and then stack into the sheeted doll. Take the sheeted doll down to the Simpleton. He will think it is a ghost and run away.
Solution 3: The room directly above the Simpleton will have a man standing in front of a Jack in the Box. Stack into one of the hammer boys and hit the man a few times. This will make him mad and he will release a giant clown from the box. Stack all the way up into the clown and take it down to the the Simpleton. Use the clowns ability to scare the Simpleton away.
Doctor who is afraid of getting sick:
1. On the floor above there is a small guy with ice on his head and a fireman. Let's take both ( ) and go down. First we pour water on the doctor, then we freeze him ( ).
2. On the second floor we take a man who is sneezing ( ) and go down. We sneeze on a matryoshka doll that can go to the doctor ( ) and go inside.
3. We take the guy with a cup of soup on his head and go to the room with the birds. We approach and watch the screensaver as they leave feathers in the soup. Let's go down and feed the doctor.
4. The guy with the soup again, only this time you have to have the sick guy sneeze on him first.
The Knight Who's Afraid of Tickling:
1. We hire a maid ( ) and actually tickle him ( ).
2. We take the guy with the soup on his head and go to the right side of the room (there is a floor lamp with three birds). One of the birds will fly down and you can jump into it (first Then ). We go like a bird to the knight.
3. We wake up the dresser upstairs. We go to the knight and remove his armor ( ). Now we are looking for a guy who hugs (with a strange hairstyle) and hug the naked knight ( ).
Shadow general who is afraid of the light:
1. We go to the floor above, there we sit in the mechanics ( ) and go to the end of the room there will be a mechanism that needs to be turned on to supply gas. Now we are looking for a man with a candle on his head and go to the same mechanism only a little to the right, light a candle under him.
2. Here you will need a man with a burner on his head and either a man with an oil tank or a fart. We light the burner next to the general and jump out of the nesting doll ( ) well, depending on who you chose, we either fart on the fire or pour oil ( ).
3. In this room there is a device that is activated by a boy with a chest of coins on his head ( ). And it is turned on by the fattest woman who is jumping ( ).
Scare the daredevil:
1. On the descent in front of this guard there is a man in a coat who puts a guard’s mask on everyone’s face. We put on the matryoshka mask and sit in it ( ) and go to him.
2. In the room where the little ones clean the tremors there are laundresses with towels. We sit in one ( ) and put a towel on the small ones with brushes (you can do a trick in one). Now we change into the boy under the blanket and go to the daredevil’s room.
3. In the room, right above the daredevil, there is a man standing by the box. You need to anger him so that he releases what is there. We take any child and start running around and playing pranks (scare or paint everyone). It releases the contents you need to sit in ( ) and scare the daredevil.
