#2 is at the top of the search reticle, on an upper rooftop between two of the taller buildings - #3 is pictured below, around the corner to the left of the 'window strip' on the middle tier

It's pretty simple! But if you are having problems finding the #1 and #2 diary entries take a look at my little video here:
Just return the entries and receive your rewards along with the achievement.

Another fetch quest with some killing in between, however you don't have to kill anything to pick up the notes if you know where they are.
Best tip is to look at where the marker actually is on your way to the note locations, it won't tell you exactly where it is but it will guide you to it's height and so it will reduce the search area significantly.
The notes themselves are on what look like purple crates so stand out a bit here thankfully.
The final part you need to use the new weapon, unfortunately it's pretty slow to target so I would suggest prioritising the robots with guns first and, of course, keep on the move

To unlock this achievemet you will need to complete a side mission called 'It's Just Business.' You can acquire this mission from Lou and Fiona's base when you gain access after completing the second story mission.
So first you'll want to pick up the weapon and first diary entry from table. From here you'll need to collect a second diary entry, so head to the blue circle and go up the two flights of stairs to a small area with flipped over tables and chairs. On this level at the back near the wall there's a purple office printer with the diary entry on top.
From here you'll need to pick up the third diary entry, so again, head to the blue circle then when you get there, jump to the very top platform, then drop down two levels onto the largest level and next to the wall facing north east, there's another purple office printer with the third diary entry.
From here you'll want to pick up the fourth and final diary entry, but this one is a simple one. Just go to the marker and it is there, no need to search for it.
After that, head to the Orbital laser and kill Fizzco bots until the 'targeting analysis bar fills up. Turn it in and the achievement will unlock.
