How to unlock the Dirty Stuff achievement in Super Mega Baseball 2 - Definitive Guide
Power pitches are similar to power swings, by holding down instead of the normal to pitch. Unlike power swings, you do not have to let go of when you are ready to throw, just hold it down until the pitcher releases the ball.
The easiest way I found, if you do not care about balls and strikes, is to pick the 4 Seam Fastball (default pitch, has two arrows right above the ball and has no vertical drop), and throw it directly into the dirt in front of the plate.
By placing the pitch as low as you can, you will only have to worry about left/right movement since you can force the stick down and it won't go lower than the dirt. I was able to get 91+ pretty consistently and it only took me about 3 batters (2 walks and 3 balls into the 3rd) in order for this to pop.
I used J. Pulo from the Crocodons for this (She should be the default starter) on Ego 15, but as long as the pitcher has a 4F pitch, this should work with any pitcher.
Also, a bit of a clarification of the pitching mechanics, thanks Zoot Marlowe

Once you aim your pitch, before you begin your windup, a white dot will appear in the spot you aimed your pitch, When you start pitch you can move the reticle with the LS, Move the reticle over the white dot, while still holding down RT(or x which is what I use). The closer you are to the white dot the higher the the number will be. To get a 95+ you need to place the reticle over the white dot. The reticle will also change from white to green when you have it placed over the white dot.

Worked perfectly!! Got it on my 3rd batter with virtually no problems. Thanks for the guide. +1

I found it easier to use the 4 seam fastball and place the pitch as high and away from the batter as possible. Right after pressing the power pitch quickly tap the stick in the opposite direction and let go of the pitch button. For instance if throwing high and to the right then tap the stick down and to the left. I could consistently get a 99 pitch using this method.
