How to unlock the Quick One achievement in Tainted Grail: Conquest - Definitive Guide
For this run, I would recommend using the Summoner class, as you need almost no skills or extra cards to reach high levels of damage. Pick the Golem as the automatic summon, so that you are protected from damage turn 1. In the first area, fight around six battles, including the treasure guardian, just to gain levels and therefore cards and Passive Skills. Take opportunities to remove cards from the deck like Fae and some of the Barrier cards, so that you are more likely to draw Promotion or cards with Activation. When you are adding new cards, improved Wyrm or Abomination are best, then anything that lets you Activate, or is in the list of buffs below. In the second area, again fight the treasure guardian, along with 2 other encounters, so that the second guardian is battle 10. In the third area, just try and reach level 10 before fighting the third guardian, or until you have fought 13 battles. When you have reached 13, immediately fight the third guardian, then the fake final boss to pop this achievement.
Cards I would recommend grabbing if you see them:
Acid Blood - Remove Armour equal to minion level with each hit
Acid Saliva - Remove 5 Armour each hit
Conversion - Every turn, minion gains 25% damage and loses 20 Armour
Existence - Increase minion max HP by 50 (this is also gained) and heal it for 15
Mystical Blood - Heal for half of missing HP at the start of each turn
Overdose - Recieve +100% damage and lose 30% max HP at the start of each turn
Oversaturation - At the start of the turn, automatically Activate the minion
Self-Awareness - At the start of the turn, automatically Promote the minion

I can assure you, it very much is not impossible, but it isn't exactly simple either.
When I fought this battle, he was not summoning enemies every 3 turns, he only summoned one group of 4 ghosts after I had depleted his health by a significant margin. However, even if he summons 4 allies every 3 turns, then there is a solution. As well as using the Wyrm minion, also have an Abomination. The Abomination should also be promoted to a high level, as well as having buffs so that when the boss summons minions, they can be killed in one or two turns. To implement this., you would either need to sacrifice some DPT on the Wyrm by only applying one of Overdose or Conversion to it and the other to the Abomination.
My strategy was the following:
Enter battle, Golem is auto-summoned through Passive Skill.
IF no Wyrm summon card drawn turn 1:
Apply Barrier to Summoner, Apply Mystical Blood/Existence to Golem
If Wyrm drawn turn 1:
Summon Wyrm
Apply Barrier to Summoner
Once you have a Wyrm summoned, apply any other listed buff, or Promote as much as possible. Use spare Energy to Activate Wyrm or to place more Barrier on Summoner
Once the Wyrm hits about level 8, use any Acid Flasks, Acid Bombs or Berserker potions on a turn where you drew many cards with Activation. Attack
Continue all out attack, only not Activating the Wyrm to summon and buff a new Golem.
If he summons minions, the Wyrm shoul be able to kill them in two bites, which means that you should be able to remove them relatively quickly from the battlefield. For reference, my Level 10 Wyrm with Acid Blood, Acid Saliva, Overdose and Conversion was able to deal over 200 damage per bite to the minions. Against the boss, as his Armour was consistenlty below 100, they would deal 350-400 damage per bite, as well as making each next one deal even more.
Are you making use of any items at all? Acid Flasks, Acid Bombs and Berserker Potions all grant bonus damage by removing Armour, or buffing the targeted minion. Tomes of Knowledge allow for more cards to be drawn for free, which can be critical if you need to summon a Golem to protect yourself. Oversaturated Runestones are each an immediate 3 Promotions to any minion.

should be done after you have gotten all of the other achievements or the last Zealot class achievements!
Difficulty set to easy
Use Zealot class
Get Quick Aim Passive
Reduce deck to 8 cards , 4 of which are Feints
The deck I used was 8 cards total
- arrows
aimed shot x1
smoke shot x1
- maneuvers
rancid battlefield x1
tails x1
feints x4
Win every fight by spamming Feints until either you use Ultimate, or Aimed Shot to kill a target in one shot.
Repeat as necessary
This will require the use of the Zealot class and during the course of your run, you will need to be somewhat lucky with the RNG.
Use the witch to remove 5 cards, I got the witch in the first area. then after that, I looked for places to get back my HP. I use the blood alter back to 40, then a treasure pile's back to 70. not needed if your playing the class right. I did 9 fights in the first area. then after that just the treasure guardian's and Guardian of area 2 and 3. then the final boss with fight 14!
Guardian Kills -
for the Guardian fights in each area remove a card or grab a skill as needed. was level 14 or 15 when I faced the final boss.
don't grab any cards except for your deck, and remove cards as fast as you can before you grab as many skills as you can while getting XP and runes for armor and skills to help your feints. block ever hit with barrier from your feints.
