How to unlock the Lock-Up And Go achievement in Tell Me Why - Definitive Guide
This is an alternate ending and thus missable.
Side note: I did this on my 2nd playthrough of the chapter while going for the "Life Tears Us Apart" Achievement. This may or may not make a difference, but I believe it shouldn't.

I choose the left/Alyson version of the memory and got this achievement at the end, plus the one for the strong bond

I just got this and I did not choose tom’s version, and still got twins4life, so seems it’s not completely bound to that decision

Currently it is still unclear what exactly is needed but so far it turns out that you have to choose mostly positive, tell Eddy the truth in Chapter 3 and choose at the end Tom's memory. I recommend to do this achievement together with the
on your first playthrough. You need 2 playthroughs to get all achievements. There is no indicator in the game how many positive choices you needed, so for the safe side I recommend be positive as possible.
Here is a list of all my positive choices during my playthrough. The remaining choices should not be any effect to any achievement in the game (as example Tessa at Graveyard)
Chapter 1
Ferry
- Fine
Ronan House - Outside before you get inside heads to the docks, on the right side is a bench on the way
- choose both options then leave
Ronan House - Puzzle Door
- Solve the puzzle correctly (Moose - Bear - Pelican)
Ronan House - Balcony
- Maybe Tessa has answers
- Is something wrong
- That book changed everything
- Wasn't ready to come back
- I was hiding from everyone
Store
- Choose Tyler's memory
Store - Talk with Tessa (after you find all clues)
- We remembered details
- October 2004
- You told het about the camp
- The Virtue Seekers Youth Camp
Police station
- Being kept apart was wrong

Se non l'hai ricevuto durante la tua prima partita, scegli Capitoli -> Riproduci -> Capitolo 3 Veni, Vidi, Vecchi -> "Riproduci l'avanzamento da questa scena".
(La scelta della modalità Isolamento non proseguirà con la sezione successiva con il finale diverso.)
Alla fine di questa sequenza, sul pontile, scegli l'opzione:
"Credi alla versione di Tom,
Mary-Ann non ha minacciato Tyler"
Questo ti porterà a un finale alternativo, nei panni Tyler.
Quando hai finito di parlare al telefono con Alyson entra in casa e interagisci con il laptop tra il divano e la scala nel soggiorno, uscite dalla visuale del laptop e prendetelo, prendete anche le foto sul bancone della cucina.
Interagisci con la porta d'ingresso "LASCIA LA CASA PER SEMPRE"
Al termine del video si sbloccherà l'obiettivo.
(La scelta della modalità Isolamento non proseguirà con la sezione successiva con il finale diverso.)

Story-related, but missable; unlocks for finishing the game as Alyson. This takes multiple steps to complete.
- In 'Paternity Test', you need to complete the panic attack app. Later in the same chapter, when talking to Eddy, tell him that you murdered your mom.
- In 'Chosen Family', tell Michael that you pushed Alyson too hard.
- In 'Princess and Tiara', solve the three wall puzzles in the barn loft. Don’t break open the box or put in the code before completing the three puzzles (See “The Princess' Lost Treasure”).
- At the end of 'Veni, Vidi, Vecchi', choose 'Believe Tom's version Mary-Ann did not threaten Tyler'. In the Epilogue, you will play as Tyler at the house and need to do the following:
- Interact with laptop next to the couch, then pick it up to take it with you.
- Pick up the pictures on kitchen counter
- Go to the front door and 'LEAVE THE HOUSE FOR GOOD'
You can replay this section of the chapter (not in Isolation mode) so you can progress the story after making the necessary choices.
