If you want to get this achievement, I would personally try to get this one first:

For the Stuggle achievement, you will be able to lose around 4-5 lives max depending on your score, so you should learn to survive first. Secure achievement only requires levels 7-12 to be played and you can use Superzapper, so if you can´t make it with one life, you will have trouble with this one. Deflect achievement should make you learn the first 9 levels even more, although this achievement requires to play it safely, so I don´t know how much it helped me to try them in that order.

You must play Evolved Normal mode from level 1 to level 12 beating all of them, without using a superzapper. If you used one or you lost all your lives before reaching level 13, then you must start all over.

The key here is learning how to shoot, where to shoot, and use Spikes often, as they are secure spots to kill those annoying Flippers. Anyway, I found I could kill even 5-6 consecutive incoming Flippers by tapping the "A" button at the correct rythm without any Spikes, so practice over it to make some levels a lot easier. There can be only 8 shots at screen at once, so pressing the "A" button for too long or too soon will end up on a lost life.

Levels 1-3 should be easy and you shouldn´t die much. Just play it safer and don´t let Flippers or Tankers reach the rim.

Level 4 is easy too, although you can die more often if you move around without knowing what are you doing. I would try to get at Spikers first, unless there are Flippers reaching the rim. You shouldn´t die often on this one.

Levels 5 to 7 were the ones that killed me more often!! They are closed shapes and not having a superzapper really makes these ones harder. You must focus on Flippers and Tankers as in the Deflect achievement, but if you leave Spikers too much around, you will be swarmed by Tankers and you will be in trouble. That wasn´t a problem on the Deflect achievement, as a good used superzapper can breeze you half a level, but here you will have to battle against all the enemies. Use Spikes well, and be really careful when you are surrounded by two flippers going on opposite directions.

Levels 8 to 11 were actually a lot easier, because you can just get to one end of the shape, and tap "A" briefly just before a Flipper hits you. You can kill an awesome amount of Flippers once you get this technique down without even moving. Personally I got focused on one half of the shape, and tried to kill any incoming Flipper, Tanker or Spiker on that side. Once Flippers reached the other side, I moved to the end of the shape and used the "A" tapping technique, until there weren´t any close incoming Flippers on the rim. Then I started to clear half the shape. Just repeat it down until the level ends. Playing like this, you won´t have trouble crashing into a spike at the end of the level either.

Finally, level 12 isn´t too hard, but you will be too anxious by the time you reach it, and you will probably have just a few lives (or even just one). It´s a closed shape after too many open ones, so changing your strategy now makes it a bit harder too. You can do it anyway, as long as you keep using Spikes well like in 5-7 ones. If you reach this level with 3 or more lives, you are almost done as long as you are careful. If you have two or less, play carefully and don´t risk yourself. Be really careful about the Fuseball and the Spikes in the end, as it´s easy to screw up at this point.
