This missable achievement is obtained by playing and defeating Tut Tut in a game of Nim. You are not allowed to cheat so on the dialogue options make sure you do not involve Ivo or Critter.

There are 16 marbles, for this guide we will say that 1 is the singe marble and the 16th marble is the right most marble on the bottom row. Refer to image .

Make sure you allow Tut Tut to go first, now simply follow the sequence

Let Tut-Tut start the game.

This solution uses numbering of the marbles for ease - i.e, No.1 at top, 2-4 on the second row, 5-9 on the third row and 10-16 on the bottom.

Tut-Tut takes no.10 first.
Take 1 from the top. Tut-Tut takes 11.
Take 2, 3 and 4 from second row. Tut-Tut takes 5.
Take 12. Tut-Tut takes 6.
Take 13. Tut-Tut takes 7.
Take 14. Tut-Tut takes 8.
Take 15 and 16. Tut-Tut will be forced to take 9, meaning he loses.

During Chapter 4 Nate will be investigating a pyramid. The story will require him to play a Nim-Game. This trophy is missable because you can win the game by cheating which voids this trophy.

The trophy will pop immediately after you win the game without cheating.

Chapter 4: This is a missable achievement because Nate can win the game by either cheating or playing by the rules. You MUST win by the rules to unlock this achievement. You and Tut-Tut will go back and forth removing balls from the pyramid. The goal of the game is to make the opponent remove the last ball. Follow these steps to ensure that you win in six turns:

  1. Remove the ball from the top row.
  2. Remove all three balls from the second row.
  3. Remove the ball on the furthest left on the bottom row.
  4. Remove the next ball on the furthest left on the bottom row.
  5. Remove the next ball on the furthest left on the bottom row.
  6. Now remove the last two balls on the bottom row.

Tut-Tut should remove the last ball and lose the game, and the achievement should unlock. If you make a mistake, you can play the game as many times as you would like. To avoid cheating, and therefore voiding the achievement, DON’T use the hammer and chisel on the wall to alter the rules.
