Book 1 - 3 battles: two plot battles are not to be missed - near the main entrance and in the assembly area; the third battle is in the pantry after the room where the key to the main entrance lies
Book 2 - 4 battles: a robot in the yard with an axe in his head - you need to insert a battery into it; there will be 2 more robots near him in the yard later with whom you can fight; 2 robots in an all-terrain vehicle; an angry crowd in the factory
Book 3 - 4 battles: movers in the yard at the very beginning of the book - you need to go out and eavesdrop on their conversation; in the basement near the laboratory - you first need to send a programming teacher there, then free him with a crowbar; a secret room under a burning fireplace that needs to be extinguished with a fire extinguisher; a secret room under a painting in the main hall - you need to exchange it with the student on the wine and hang it in place
Book 4 - 1 battle: the plot battle at the end of the book - not to agree to change course

Даже если проиграл бой, то нужно выйти в главное меню и переиграть заново. Ачивка выпадает после предпоследнего боя в 7 книге

Should be noted you can get this replaying chapters.
In my playthrough I did the book 2 pacifist achievement and didn't fight the movers in book 3.
Went back to book 3, fought the movers, went inside for the game to save, then played through book 2 fighting everything. Got the achievement before after fighting the final robots before the crowd so seems like one battle can indeed be skipped.
