Thank you for the guide.
I collected all 10 before I realized my tracker was stuck at 6 of 10. I deleted my local data and resynced. I started a new save and checked the collectibles. I recollected items in Cutting Room Floor.
Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas or know a fix?

Note this is the guide for all collectibles, as they are all listed as what they are.
2 - Staff File (Artifact 1 - The champion) - After climbing through the window, you come across a door you can open. Once you open it, you will see a palette in front of you. Instead of interacting with the palette, go to the right of it, and there is a filing cabinet. Open it, and the file will fall. Sam would automatically go to it and just read it for it to count.
3 - Symbols (Artifact 2 - The champion) - After falling down the sewer ladder. Sam would look towards the direction of the light source. Move towards it, which should be on your right, and upon the wall is a white substance that looks like a symbol. Click the look button, and it will count.
4 - Wooden Horse (Trinket 2) - After grabbing the artifact, turn back around and go past the broken ladder to follow the path, which should take you to the left with a train or something blocking the path. On the right, there should be a doorway if you're still facing the train, and if you continue through the doorway, there is the collectible on the ground.
5 - The HillBilly (Rellik 1) Still in the sewer, you will find a little archway that you have to crawl underneath. Don’t go through it but look to your right and hop over a few pipes and find the hillbilly on the ground waiting to be seen.
7 - Estate Letter (Artifact 3 - ) - After grabbing the piece of the piano note. Turn around or turn left and continue going up the stairs. On your right should be a doorway. Open it, and your character should say. “Digging these Creepy Cottage-core vibes.” As on the left by the table, in the corner should be the letter.
8 - The Huntress (Rellik 2) - After picking up the estate letter, turn around and go to the piano. Interact with it, and Madie should play the Theme. Once done, a pathway should open. Follow the path and open the door. Once inside, don’t open the next door; instead, look to the left, and the huntress should be waiting for you on the ground.
9 - The Epic of Gilgamesh (Artifact 4) - After meeting Stan, you can explore the rest of the room. In front of you, when you get to control Madie, should be the cabinet and a door to your left. Go to the cabinet and pick up the book. Once picked up, interact with it again, and you get it.
10 - Movie Poster (Artifact 5) - This ends the level, but turning around from the book and following the wall should take you to a wall panel. Once you pull it open, a cutscene will appear.
12 - Lawyer Letter (Artifact 6) - Once in the artifact store, turn to the left and go to the furthest window. As on some crates is the letter.
13 - The Trapper (Rellik 3) - Once picked up, turn to the right and follow the bookcase. Once it ends, turn to the right and pass the cash register to follow another bookcase. At the end, on the floor, is the Trapper.
14 - Lost Movie Magazine (Artifact 7) - After leaving the Curious store, Chris goes into the pharmacy to get some milk. But upon taking control, to your left on the counter is the magazine.
15 - Waterlogged (Trinket 3) - After picking up the magazine, turn around once again and go to the Aisle where all the refrigerator stuff is located. The Trinket is in the direction of the shelf on the floor.
17 - Face of Evil (Artifact 9) - Going up the second floor, you should see three portraits staring right at you. Go up to the left, and there should be a cabinet with a book on it. Examine the book and delve deep until you have to stop, then put it down.
19 - Oracle of the Omniverse (Artifact 11) - Once you grab the newspaper, turn to your left and walk to the washing machine, as on top of it is a book. Interact with the book and delve deep; it should count once you put it down.
20 - Choice 2 (Factor) - The choice is given to you as one Trinket is going either way. Short or long. The only thing is that you have to finish the game to get the other.
21 - Mother Daughter Ring (Trinket 6 - Climbing the fence) - Once you go the short way. Walk forward and bit to see a rock formation in front of you. Keep walking, and you can squeeze through a small gap in the center of the formation. Once through to your left, on the ground is your Trinket.
22 - Tattooed Middle Finger (Trinket 5 - Crossing the stream) - Going the long way, you will go across a beam that will take you next to the garbage bin. Walk a bit forward, and you will see some barrels below you. Climb up the small ledge, and to your right is a beam. Go across the beam, and the Trinket is on the ground.
23 - The Wraith (Rellik 4) - Once in the storm drains, you will come across a sign saying, “This way, Fellow traveller.” This is still on the main path, but once you step through, the first left has a small gap you can squeeze through, and once through on the ground is the Wraith.
24 - Casting Room Key (Key to the Trinket 4) - Go back into the large hallway once you grab the Wraith and continue following the characters until you come to your next interaction as on the right has a grate broken open. Jump through and open the door at the end to come across the big room. The room isn’t essential, but in the right corner, there is a key that will lead to our next Trinket later in the chapter.
25 - Wooden Oni Mask (Trinket 7) - Once you climb out of the storm drain, you will become Linda. Once you gain control, look to your right and run forward. The place around you should look familiar, as it’s from the first chapter. The main goal that you're going towards is the grate you popped open in the first chapter, as there is a crowbar you can grab. Once you grab it, look to your left and run diagonally to a small shed with a slanted roof. Open the door with the crowbar and go inside with the Trinket on your left on the ground.
26 - Blighted Rat (Trinket 8) - Once you get into the furnace room, go down where the characters stop and go past them. On the right, some stairs should take you to a crank. Once you grab the crank, go back up the ramp, and you come back down to meet with the back of the characters. At the top, there is a machine you can interact with. Once interacted, the machine should move the platform, and you can go on top of it to grab the Trinket.
27 - Iridescent Head (Trinket 4) - Back to playing Chris, and right when you gain control, in front of you is the casting Foundry. Suppose you grab the key before you can walk to the door and open it. If not, then you're going to replay the chapter. But as you get inside, there are a few things you need to do. One went forward, grabbed that red toolbox, and pulled it to your right. As there is a ledge, you need to climb up. Once done, don’t climb up it yet, but go to your left and climb up the stairs to some misplaced shelves. Grab onto them to make a bridge, and once you're done, you can go back to the toolbox and climb up. Follow the path and jump across the shelf. Your Trinket is on your right and on the ground.
28 - The Clown (Rellik 5) - Right back in front of casting Foundry. Instead of going inside, turn to your right and left to follow a path you can crouch under. Once done, walk a bit further, and on your left is the clown sitting on the ground.
29 - Weapon Designs (Artifact 12) - Once you make into Franks lair. You should gain control of Jaime, and a notebook is in front of you on the table. Interact with it to the fullest, and you're done.
31 - Fanzine Review (Artifact 13) - After picking up the legion, turn around, and in front of all the chairs in the center of the room is a table with a small magazine. Interact with the magazine, and it will count.
32 - Deed of Sale (Artifact 14) - Once you put down the magazine, turn to your left and go to the first window. On the left of it, in the dark, is the piece of paper.
33 - Fictional Book (Artifact 15) - Later in the chapter, you will take control of Linda. Go in front of the fireplace, where chairs surround a table, and pick up the book. Examine it, and it will count.
34 - Demonic Statue (Artifact 16) - Turn around instantly, and the statue is right there after picking up the fictional book.
35 - Riot Broadcast (Artifact 17) - Once you examine the Statue to the left of the statue diagonally, there will be a small podium that you can interact with that would let out some audio.
36 - Victor’s Soldier (Trinket 9) - After the audio is done or if you back out, go to the left of the podium and stick to the wall on the right and follow it past the other artifacts in the museum and find the Trinket
37 - Broken Super 8 (Artifact 18) - This is the ending of the level, as once you turn around from the Trinket, there is a glowing table. Go to the side where Madi is and interact with it that way, and it will end the chapter.
40 - Choice 3 (Factor) - At some point, Sam is going to stumble a bit, and Linda is going to catch him and go through his pockets. Pick the diary and do both skill checks. If you do it correctly, it won’t unlock until the chapter ends.
41 - T-shirt (Artifact 20) - Linda should enter a film archive after Sam disappears. Walk forward and go to the second Aisle, and on your left should be a bunch of T-shirts.
42 - Fake Prop Arm (Artifact 21) - After picking up the shirt in the same Aisle, turn to the right across the room, and the Arm will be on the shelf on the left.
43 - The Nurse (Rellik 7) - Go into the next Aisle, and on your left at the end of the floor is the nurse waiting for you.
44 - Flawed Lamp (Artifact 22) - Go towards the projector that has the center of attention in the room. Where the chair is in the back of the room when you come in, but instead of interacting with that as it ends, the level turns to the right, and the Flawed lamp is waiting in the dark.
45 - Alt Movie Scene (Artifact 23) - Now mess with the Projector on the table, and a cutscene should play and give you the collectible.
46 - Logan Chen Letter (Artifact 24) - If you did the choice correctly earlier and successfully did the skill checks. Linda will examine the letter, and it will count.
48 - Merlin Collar (Missable Achievement) - After turning off the steam and going down some stairs, you will follow the path to the left until you see a metal gate or door in front of you. Turn to the right, and in the corner is the collar. Examine it until it zooms in, and the achievement is yours.
49 - Frank’s Journal (Artifact 26) - At the end of the level, you will come across a ladder that you can climb. Instead of interacting with it, back up and the first door on your left, interact with it, and follow the path as you crawl through. Once you make it through, the journal will be Journal Right.
50 - The Doctor (Rellik 8) - Turn around from the journal to see a giant piece of metal blocking something. Interact with it to pull it out of the way, and the Doctor is in front of you in a cage.
52 - Session Tape (Artifact 28) - After you unlock the secret path, you will get to the bottom and stare into the hallway. Don’t interact with the door, as that will end the level. Instead, walk forward, and in front of you, as you turn, will be a tape player. Play it and back out of it to count.
53 - The Twins (Rellik 9) - After getting the tape, turn to your right and go a bit further in the hallway, and the Twins will be sitting on the table in plain sight.
54 - Sacrificial Knife (Trinket 11) - Just from the left of the twins on the same wall is the Trinket.
57 - Id Card (Artifact 29)—You will come into a room with a generator exactly from the last collectible, and you will have to find some parts. But as you gain control of Linda, a counter with one of the parts is in front of you. If you turn to your right, the Card is right there.
58 - Bloodied Ring (Artifact 30) - Later in the chapter, you will start seeing flashbacks of the characters, but upon seeing the fourth one will see a fork in the road. With the left path going into an orange glow, that’s the ending and the other leads to the Trickster collectible. But in the center of the stump is the ring
59 - The trickster (Rellik 11) - After grabbing the previous collectible, go to your right, and it will lead to a door. Open it, and on the other side is the trickster sitting on the ground.
60 - The Champion (Rellik 12) - Beating the game and watching to the end of the credits will show a cutscene and will zoom in on a doll version of Frank and unlock it.

Go to it and look to the bottom. The camera should zoom up, and you have to interact with it. Once you do so, a room should crack open on your right. Open the door and walk inside, only for the blueprints to sit on a chest on your left.17 - Face of Evil (Artifact 9) - Going up the second floor, you should see three portraits staring right at you. Go up to the left, and there should be a cabinet with a book on it. Examine the book and delve deep until you have to stop, then put it down.

24 - Casting Room Key (Key to the Trinket 4) - Go back into the large hallway once you grab the Wraith and continue following the characters until you come to your next interaction as on the right has a grate broken open. Jump through and open the door at the end to come across the big room. The room isn’t essential, but in the right corner, there is a key that will lead to our next Trinket later in the chapter.
25 - Wooden Oni Mask (Trinket 7) - Once you climb out of the storm drain, you will become Linda. Once you gain control, look to your right and run forward. The place around you should look familiar, as it’s from the first chapter. The main goal that you're going towards is the grate you popped open in the first chapter, as there is a crowbar you can grab. Once you grab it, look to your left and run diagonally to a small shed with a slanted roof. Open the door with the crowbar and go inside with the Trinket on your left on the ground.
26 - Blighted Rat (Trinket 8) - Once you get into the furnace room, go down where the characters stop and go past them. On the right, some stairs should take you to a crank. Once you grab the crank, go back up the ramp, and you come back down to meet with the back of the characters. At the top, there is a machine you can interact with. Once interacted, the machine should move the platform, and you can go on top of it to grab the Trinket.
27 - Iridescent Head (Trinket 4) - Back to playing Chris, and right when you gain control, in front of you is the casting Foundry. Suppose you grab the key before you can walk to the door and open it. If not, then you're going to replay the chapter. But as you get inside, there are a few things you need to do. One went forward, grabbed that red toolbox, and pulled it to your right. As there is a ledge, you need to climb up. Once done, don’t climb up it yet, but go to your left and climb up the stairs to some misplaced shelves. Grab onto them to make a bridge, and once you're done, you can go back to the toolbox and climb up. Follow the path and jump across the shelf. Your Trinket is on your right and on the ground.
28 - The Clown (Rellik 5) - Right back in front of casting Foundry. Instead of going inside, turn to your right and left to follow a path you can crouch under. Once done, walk a bit further, and on your left is the clown sitting on the ground.
29 - Weapon Designs (Artifact 12) - Once you make into Franks lair. You should gain control of Jaime, and a notebook is in front of you on the table. Interact with it to the fullest, and you're done.
Chapter 6
30 - The Legion (Rellik 6) - At the beginning of the chapter, you will gain access to the upstairs. Climb the stairs and leave to the corner to find the legion on the ground.31 - Fanzine Review (Artifact 13) - After picking up the legion, turn around, and in front of all the chairs in the center of the room is a table with a small magazine. Interact with the magazine, and it will count.
32 - Deed of Sale (Artifact 14) - Once you put down the magazine, turn to your left and go to the first window. On the left of it, in the dark, is the piece of paper.
33 - Fictional Book (Artifact 15) - Later in the chapter, you will take control of Linda. Go in front of the fireplace, where chairs surround a table, and pick up the book. Examine it, and it will count.
34 - Demonic Statue (Artifact 16) - Turn around instantly, and the statue is right there after picking up the fictional book.
35 - Riot Broadcast (Artifact 17) - Once you examine the Statue to the left of the statue diagonally, there will be a small podium that you can interact with that would let out some audio.
36 - Victor’s Soldier (Trinket 9) - After the audio is done or if you back out, go to the left of the podium and stick to the wall on the right and follow it past the other artifacts in the museum and find the Trinket
37 - Broken Super 8 (Artifact 18) - This is the ending of the level, as once you turn around from the Trinket, there is a glowing table. Go to the side where Madi is and interact with it that way, and it will end the chapter.
Chapter 7
38 - Diamond Cufflinks (Trinket 10) - After getting on the lift and escaping the ghost of Frank Stone. You should see a sign that says, “Exit to Rear Yard.” Go through the doorway and down the stairs slightly until you come across a beam on your right. Go across it, and the Trinket is on the ground.Chapter 8
39 - Shrine (Artifact 19) - As you play as Madi, you should come across a green light illuminated down the stairs. Don’t go there; instead, look to your left; there should be a shrine. Interact with it, and you look around till your camera zooms up.40 - Choice 3 (Factor) - At some point, Sam is going to stumble a bit, and Linda is going to catch him and go through his pockets. Pick the diary and do both skill checks. If you do it correctly, it won’t unlock until the chapter ends.
41 - T-shirt (Artifact 20) - Linda should enter a film archive after Sam disappears. Walk forward and go to the second Aisle, and on your left should be a bunch of T-shirts.
42 - Fake Prop Arm (Artifact 21) - After picking up the shirt in the same Aisle, turn to the right across the room, and the Arm will be on the shelf on the left.
43 - The Nurse (Rellik 7) - Go into the next Aisle, and on your left at the end of the floor is the nurse waiting for you.
44 - Flawed Lamp (Artifact 22) - Go towards the projector that has the center of attention in the room. Where the chair is in the back of the room when you come in, but instead of interacting with that as it ends, the level turns to the right, and the Flawed lamp is waiting in the dark.
45 - Alt Movie Scene (Artifact 23) - Now mess with the Projector on the table, and a cutscene should play and give you the collectible.
46 - Logan Chen Letter (Artifact 24) - If you did the choice correctly earlier and successfully did the skill checks. Linda will examine the letter, and it will count.
Chapter 9
47 - Grandmother Letter (Artifact 25) - After coming out of the showers, you can see a small gap in front of you that will lead to some lockers. Instead of going there, turn to the right and crotch down through some knocked-over cabinets. Once through, turn to the left to interact with a filing cabinet to get a key. Once you have the key, go back to the lockers. At the lockers, one of them should have a lock. Put the key inside, and the collectible will be yours.48 - Merlin Collar (Missable Achievement) - After turning off the steam and going down some stairs, you will follow the path to the left until you see a metal gate or door in front of you. Turn to the right, and in the corner is the collar. Examine it until it zooms in, and the achievement is yours.
49 - Frank’s Journal (Artifact 26) - At the end of the level, you will come across a ladder that you can climb. Instead of interacting with it, back up and the first door on your left, interact with it, and follow the path as you crawl through. Once you make it through, the journal will be Journal Right.
50 - The Doctor (Rellik 8) - Turn around from the journal to see a giant piece of metal blocking something. Interact with it to pull it out of the way, and the Doctor is in front of you in a cage.
Chapter 12
51 - Grimoire Page (Artifact 27) - Playing as Madi, you will come across a bedroom. On the right side of the room should be a book. Interact with it, and once you close it, a key should pop out, unlocking the collectible.52 - Session Tape (Artifact 28) - After you unlock the secret path, you will get to the bottom and stare into the hallway. Don’t interact with the door, as that will end the level. Instead, walk forward, and in front of you, as you turn, will be a tape player. Play it and back out of it to count.
53 - The Twins (Rellik 9) - After getting the tape, turn to your right and go a bit further in the hallway, and the Twins will be sitting on the table in plain sight.
54 - Sacrificial Knife (Trinket 11) - Just from the left of the twins on the same wall is the Trinket.
Chapter 13
55 - The Spirit (Rellik 10) - After picking up the camera with Sam, you will start to fight with Frank. Once you defeat him for the first time, an orange glow with a broken grate will be on your right. Climb through it and follow the path for a bit until, on the right, you will see it on the ground.Chapter 14
56 - Blacksmith’s Hammer (Trinket 12) - This is the last one unless you have chapter 5 left over. But after escaping the introduction with Frank in the projector room. You will enter a red hallway with the objective “Find a way to power the elevator. Walk forward, and at the turn in the dark is the Trinket.57 - Id Card (Artifact 29)—You will come into a room with a generator exactly from the last collectible, and you will have to find some parts. But as you gain control of Linda, a counter with one of the parts is in front of you. If you turn to your right, the Card is right there.
58 - Bloodied Ring (Artifact 30) - Later in the chapter, you will start seeing flashbacks of the characters, but upon seeing the fourth one will see a fork in the road. With the left path going into an orange glow, that’s the ending and the other leads to the Trickster collectible. But in the center of the stump is the ring
59 - The trickster (Rellik 11) - After grabbing the previous collectible, go to your right, and it will lead to a door. Open it, and on the other side is the trickster sitting on the ground.
60 - The Champion (Rellik 12) - Beating the game and watching to the end of the credits will show a cutscene and will zoom in on a doll version of Frank and unlock it.
