This trophy won't unlock until the end, but the requirements span across all six chapters. You must talk to everyone at least once (when available). As long as you've satisfied the puzzle elements involved with certain characters, you should be fine.

Chapter 1: Libretta (painter), Humpernickel (old worker), Molly (engineer), Tied-Up Guy (cable car operator), Emil's Brother (Wacky Stuff shopkeeper)
Chapter 2: Emil (during interrogation), Libretta, hole (Uncle Oboe), pacing guard (missable, as he becomes unconscious after you trip him), cactus guard (to find out about the cactus), prisoners (adjoining jail bars on the jail cell screen with the guards)
Chapter 3: Boggo (Flutenose hunter), ticket machine (Laura responding), ticket machine (machine responding), Misterson (old man next to cage), guard (checkpoint), traveler on cable car (shifty individual on top part of screen), help line woman (from the security terminal phone line)
Chapter 4: Mama Dola (either in the Bingo Hall or when she's back at her hovel), statue (the one welcoming you to Old Asposia), crazy guy (to talk about getting the cartridge), Laura (as Robert), Robert (as Laura), merchant (near wind fountain), Bingo Pony (to figure out what he needs to return), sleeping Asposian (which you switch his bottle for the stuffed animal)
Chapter 5: Gorf, Gorf kids (wait until you find Lucas), tree (pre-Flutenose distinction), flute noses, FayFay
Chapter 6: Uncle Oboe (cell window next to starting point), Miss Schwitz (teleprompter overseer), guards (either one, to freeze the spears in place)
