The Last Case of Benedict Fox: Definitive Edition

Quite confusing without a guide for me, so this is what I found out.
No boss fight, just a sequence of events.

First, this happens on Marie's limbo.
The nearest anchor teleport was Mirage, and you need to go thru the point of no return.
If you havent found it yet, this is nearby Stay Away Anchor and you will need a flashlight to go thru the darkness.

1- Go thru the anchor and be back to the manor. Talk to people and then follow noises to interact with radio in the library, then the piano upstairs and finally the gramophone.

2 - Its all grey all around you and doors connect to each other. A wrong move and you're back at the start.
From the starting point , go left 3x and then go right on the bedroom.

3 - Darkness is back so use the flashlight. It can be recharged in the library and bathroom.
Path is:
Left x2, Right,
Left x2, Right,
and then Left leading into Marie’s office.
Interact with the glowing item.
Go thru the glasshouse to watch the final cutscene (dont press Skip)
