How to unlock the For Whom The Bell Tolls achievement in The Walking Dead - Definitive Guide
You'll get this at the school.
You will come up with a plan to get the battery, fuel and medication. You and Molly will be going to get the battery. Follow her out of the classroom, down the corridor, left at the end and then outside. There is a small shed there. Inside you will notice a hole in the roof. You will be able to climb the shelves and jump down into the next yard.
Examine the shutter and a walker will suddenly drop down from the room. Molly will jump down after it and go to town on it. She will give you a car jack to use on the door to get inside. You will need to be quick as walkers will start coming your way.
Once inside the garage, examine the car on the lift. It will be too high to do anything with. Over to the left are the hydraulic controls. Examine the tube and then go to Molly and ask to borrow her pickaxe. The use it to cut the tube. The car will drop down and the alarm will go off. You have to quickly disable the the battery by unscrewing the left then the right clamps. Take the battery and follow Molly to the top of the truck. Shoot the window above you and Molly will climb up. Then jump and grab her hand.
You will now be on the roof. Molly will run and jump over to the school. When you start running, be ready to grab her hand. Molly will go off to do something and take the battery. As you start to walk back to the classroom, Kenny and Brie will come out of some doors and try holding them shut. You need to help them out, following the prompts to keep the walkers at bay. Grab the axe on the floor and use it to wedge the door closed. Now go back to the classroom. There will be some conversations and you will need to talk to Brie. She will mention Vernon and Christa, so you decide to go and find out what is taking them so long.
As you walk down the corridor, turn left and you will see a group of walkers there. You need to shoot them all in free aim. Then enter the door to find Vernon and Christa. They will tell you that the medication is locked away and a combination is needed to get them. Go to the desk and look at the medical file. Take the video tape and use it on the camcorder. You will note that the walker that Molly threw off the roof earlier is the doctor. You need to go back to him. Go back to the alley and into the shed where you will be attacked by a walker. Deal with it, climb up the shelves and jump down into the next yard again. Kill the walker and you will get a piece of paper with a number on and another tape.
When you are back in the school, start heading back to Vernon and Christa.
When you get back to the clinic, play the tape you got from the doctor and you’ll get the combo for the meds.If you picked up the optional tape from the locker you can play this now as well.
Head back to the classroom and Molly will return. Ben will turn up and say he was looking for something to get the armory door open and found a hatchet. The doors that you helped Kenny close earlier will then open and walkers will come in. Deal with them and go back to the classroom.
Follow the conversation and make whatever choices you want until you barge through the door. Kenny will find a shotgun and give it to you. Kill the walkers that come as you move backwards up the stairs. Your leg will go through one of the steps and you need to continue killing walkers and then pulling you leg out when you get a suitable gap.
Keep killing walkers until you get to the top. You are then given a choice of helping Ben or leaving him. If you decide to help him, be quick.
You will get the achievement when you get back to the house.

anybody had troubles with not getting in the nurse office for the second tape ?

ok nvrmind i found it myself :) if someone has the same problem just rewind 2 chapters :) then you can get a second time in the nurse office :-)

I will skip conversation pointers, as those choices are entirely up to you.
After some conversations and cutscenes, you'll find yourself going for a battery with Molly.
Open the door behind you.
Follow the hallway, after Molly. Open the exit to the alleyway.
There's a small white shed with a sign 'looters will be shot on sight', enter it.
Look at the hole in the ceiling.
Climb the shelves.
Try to open the garage door.
Look at the fence at the back of the alley, and walk back. A walker should fall from the roof.
Open the garage door with the quick-time event.
Open the hood of the truck. Notice there's no battery. (And that the elevated car has a blinking light, indicating it will have one).
Try to operate the lift panel (to the left of the car).
Try to grab the hydraulic hose. You'll notice you need something to cut it with.
Ask Molly for the 'hook'.
Use the climbing pick on the hydraulic hose.
Before you take the battery, you'll need to Unscrew and Detatch both the negative and positive terminal (the two wires near the left and right bottom of the battery). After detaching both wires, you can pick up the battery.
Follow Molly up the truck; there's a ladder behind the driver's door.
Shoot the skylight.
Grab Molly's hand.
As soon as you start running towards Molly, move your cursor over her hand and grab it. This needs to be done pretty quick, so press A as soon as you get the hand indicator.
Once inside the school, walk towards the camera.
Kenny needs help with the doors: First there's a quick-time event, then you'll have to shoot the walker that's got his head in the door, then you'll have to pick up the hatchet and perform another quick-time event.
Once you're in the main room, open the door to the hall again. You can have some optional conversations first.
Walk down the hallway, but now (after the big door with walkers) move down the left hallway instead of the right.
Shoot all walkers. Go for the heads and be quick, you don't have much time.
Once in the nursery, look at the medical file on the desk to the left. You'll take a small tape from it.
Use the tape on the camcorder; it's to the right aimed at the bed/cabinet.
Use the hallway door.
Get to the exit near the auto repair - that's first towards the camera, then all the way to the right.
Open the exit door to the alley.
Once again, get into the small white shed.
Before you can climb the shelves, you're attacked by a walker. Dispose of him with a quick-time event.
Climb the shelves.
Crush the walker's head under your boot.
Search the doctor's corpse. You'll get another tape, and a code that's not the cabinet's code.
Walk back towards the nursery.
This part is optional: Halfway towards the nursery, there's a 'bloody locker' (near the hole in the ceiling). It's the doctor's, and if you want you can now open it using the combination you found on his body. You'll get another tape, one which gives you some extra background for Molly.
Enter the nurse's office. You'll watch the tape revealing the combination.
If you want to (and took it), you can use the third tape on the camcorder.
Exit to the hallway.
Walk back to the main room - that's all the way towards the camera. You'll enter a cutscene with Molly before you're there. If you've taken the third tape and watched it (as discussed above), you'll enter a conversation with Molly in which you can get some extra backstory from her.
You won't be able to shoot the walker attacking Molly... But Clementine will!
If you had decided to leave Clementine at the manor, nobody else will shoot the walker - Molly will run away chased by walkers, and that's the last you see of her in the episode. Thanks to Zekinderfor explaining what happens here without Clementine. Apparently, if you didn't bring Clementine, you're also able to shoot the walker yourself. Thanks to sunbugsie for pointing this out.
After the conversations and cutscenes, walk backwards up the stairs while giving extra airholes in as much walker heads as you can.
You'll get stuck in the stairs. You'll have to alternate shooting walkers down the stairs and grabbing your leg to free yourself. If you're quick with the two walkers already on the stairs, you should have enough time to free your leg (it took me four tugs).
Move up the stairs. Make sure to use the hatchet on the walkers before you reach any of them. The hatchet will stick into the last walker in front of you, and you'll have to shoot him.
Use a headshot on the walker grabbing Ben.
Another big choice in this episode: What will you do with Ben?
After this choice, you'll receive the trophy. Even if you save Ben, you won't have to take care of extra walkers. The next chapter is pure conversation, so I won't be putting up a guide for it.
After some conversations and cutscenes, you'll find yourself going for a battery with Molly.

When you collect the battery, gas, and medical supplies, Walkers will get in and trap you in the classroom. You will bust through the armory door and make your way to the top of the bell tower. Once you make your escape, the chapter will end.
