This War of Mine: Final Cut

This achievement is in the Last Broadcast Story.
There are several ways to end the story, but only a certain ending will give you this achievement.

You must LIE to Malik at least twice about the news that you gathered: Tell him the Pharmacy is out of supplies (do NOT mention the Military raid.) Tell him there is an informant (do NOT specify that it is Novak.) And tell him the Brewery was an accident (NOT a Military attack.)

After Malik broadcasts about the Brewery he will be taken by rebels the next time Esma leaves the Shelter. When you return that day Adem will be at the door, let him in. You will then need to fix the radio (do NOT leave by boat or let anyone die.) A trader will appear, talk to him about parts and he will find you some in exchange for his personal photos.

Take Adem to the Ruined Block of Flats with a weapon (Knife or Hatchet.) Wait for the two thugs to walk into the house further. You can stealth kill the guy on the bottom floor by hiding under the stairs and draw him out, take his gun and go upstairs and shoot the other guy. The photos will be on the third floor in the middle of the room. You can also sneak as Esma and grab the photos, but I find just stealth killing easier.

Go back to the shelter and after a day or two the trader will return, speak to him to get the parts. Go to the Shelter workshop and repair the radio and the Story will end.
