How to unlock the TR Consolidate the Material achievement in Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft - Definitive Guide
If you don't mind a little bit of cheese I got just the things for you; 2 of the later levels have some massive skips that allow avoiding a lot of the godforsaken Atlanteans.
Pretty sure the earlier levels also have some minor skips here and there, but you don't have to deal with the Atlanteans there yet.
The Great Pyramid also has one but the time wasted on trying to get that to work is better spent actually playing the game.
Also, Larsons final encounter is completely optional depending on your health after the fun trio - you can run to the Scion, pick it up and voila, level finished.
The Detonator-skip in Natla's Mines isn't worth it considering the effort and the fact that you're gonna need the Shotty for the skater boi.
Thankfully the Atlantis-skip is rather easy to set up with a somewhat nearby save-crystal. Took me 5 attempts and I finished the level in 9min sth.
Oh, and the otherwise mandatory falldamage back down to the Scion can be negated by sidestepping once while the tiles are crumbling.

As the achievement description says, this is for beating the game on NG+.
IMPORTANT NOTE: NG+ becomes available only after you beat the game once WITHOUT CHEATS. If you use any cheats at all, you need to load a save pre-cheats or start from the beginning.
NG+ has a number of fairly significant differences that will challenge even experienced Tomb Raider fans;
- The stats in the compass screen replace "medikits used" with "crystals used". Unlike the traditional console game though, a save crystal restores health. I don't know if this affects the "no medikits" achievement yet.
- Stemming from above, THERE ARE NO MEDKITS IN NG+! Your healing can only be done through the save crystals and completing stages. All medikit pickups in the game are replaced with ammo.
- Unfortunately NG+ doesn't grant unlimited ammo like it used to. But you do start with all guns and a small amount of ammo for each weapon.
- NG+ is more like the traditional console experience where you can only save at the save crystals, with no manual saving allowed inbetween, and when completing the stage you'll get prompted to save. You do NOT get the level select feature of the console version though, annoyingly (hopefully they patch this in).
- Enemy health is increased significantly more than I remember. Bat's take 3 or 4 pistol shots now if that's any indication.
- You can select "New Game" and "New Game+" seperately. Saves made in NG+ have a + in the name, so don't feel like you have to do the harder completion achievements in one run.
The hardest stages I suspect will be Atlantis and The Great Pyramid, purely because of the amount of those jumping alien enemies that are difficult to kill, and Great Pyramid having a bunch of traps + unavoidable damage. Unfortunately perseverence is key - remember it's sometimes safer to just blitz through an area than to stick around and fight!
Good luck, this will be a tough one!

I beat the game using the Level Skip cheat, and New Game+ has unlocked for me. No idea if my game is just glitchy or what, but cheats didn’t affect me unlocking New Game+

Interesting, I posted a similar thing on Reddit and a few people said that NG+ didn't appear for them, and the general belief is that they used cheats throughout their playthrough (be it weapons or level skips).
I can only assume you got lucky lol
The safest approach would be to play the games normally - you have to anyway for other achievements right?

I just completed this on a NG+, and it's a tough one in some places. For the most part it's not too bad until you get to the last couple of levels, so I've added some guidance on the areas that gave me the most trouble.
1) Sanctuary of the Scion - where you climb up several ramps to pick up the scarab, the gate opens and then you come face to face with a centaur and 2 jumpy atlantean creatures.
- Pick up the scarab and run back to the end of the corridor, turn around and get your guns ready. The 2 jumpy creatures will follow you into the corridor, but they won't follow you down the next corridor, so fire away until they get close and then side flip into the side corridor and they'll disappear. Repeat until they are dead, and then you can either pick off the centaur from the corridor or head outside and side flip to avoid his fireballs.
2) Atlantis - right at the beginning of the level.
- Approach the incubators one by one, but don't get too close to the creatures that come out or they seem to trigger into jumping. If you keep your distance they should just fire at you, which you can avoid easily. When heading upstairs, trigger the flying creatures one by one. If you stand right on the edge of one of the sticking out corners, the creatures seem to think you're downstairs so will stay down there, and you can pick them.off easily. For the last jumpy creature, if you keep getting cornered, you can trigger it then stand with an edge behind you, guns ready. When it comes up the stairs, fire at it then pocket your guns and drop back and hang before it gets too close. It will think you're downstairs and head there. Repeat until dead. It takes a bit of time, but you should be able to get through this area damage free.
3) Atlantis - area with ramps on either side, 3 mutants and the secret room
- Don't run too far down the corridor here or you'll encourage them to follow you. If you run up the little ramp near to the wall and stop after a couple of meters, you will trigger the creatures and you can actually do mini jumps from side to side without bumping Laras head, so you can avoid all the darts/fireballs that they throw at you.
4) Atlantis - Room with 3 incubators, just before you slide down to the doppelganger section.
- Kill the centaur by jumping from side to side. Then flick the switch, hug the wall back round the incubator, then run straight down the middle of the room to the save crystal in the doorway. You'll avoid triggering the last two mutants this way.
5) Atlantis - Doppelganger room and section just after.
- As soon as you slide down, immediately run right to the small block and climb up. You'll need to press the look button to stop Lara staring at herself, and you might take a hit or two, but you should get there easily enough. Now pick off the mutants from safety. Then complete the Doppelganger part and go through the door. There's a centaur here, and I found that the corridor is just slightly too small to side jump as eventually Lara smashes her head on the wall and takes a few fireballs to the face. So, run to the end of the corridor, just stick a toe round the corridor to trigger the centaur, then run back to the doorway and drop through. Here you can keep climbing up and firing a few times when he appears, then dropping back down before his fireball reaches you. For the next mutant, approach the area with the bridge but don't go all the way out. Jump back and use the side jumps while firing method - there should be enough room in this end section of the corridor to jump without banging her head.
These were the areas that gave me the most trouble - hopefully this helps, but if there's any other areas that are a struggle leave a comment and I'll try and update.

I only need this and die by all things (still haven't got it after 3 playthroughs even though I know iv died every way) then I'm done with TR1 for another couple of decades at least.
