How to unlock the Unyielding achievement in Trials Rising - Definitive Guide
I tried doing this on Breaking Bad but kept hitting the head of the rider entering the train carriage, which obviously faulted you.
So I did it on Happy Camper, which was much, much easier to do and no over head things to avoid.

I believe you meant to say "Happy Camper", but you are correct that it is easier.
Doing this on Unhappy Camper would be painful

This achievement is quite tricky, however I was able to do it on the track Braking Bad. The key to this achievement is practise and persistence. It is easiest on the Rhino.
A few tips/thing you should know:
- Make sure you go on the roof of the wrecked train car, you will hit your head if you go below
- Applying the accelerator just before leaving the ground will bring your front wheel up
- Braking before leaving the ground will bring your front wheel down
- Rapidly pressing the brake and accelerator while in the air will cause the front wheel to drop down, use this to your advantage like I did a few times in the video

This achievement took several hours to unlock for me. Just in case anyone is having any issues.

Level: Happy Camper
This can be done in stadium levels. Since they are a lot more about racing and keeping speed over bumps, they may be easier than normal levels to complete without leaning, there is no need to place first, I came third in the below video and unlocked the achievement. The level is schoolyard brawl found in USA on the map.
Successful attempt on the video starts at around the one minute mark
Go slow, try to keep wheels on the ground, and be gentle and controlled going up hill
Trickiest part was the two jumps at the end. I found the first one was a case going fairly fast and braking whilst the back wheel was still on the ramp to give the bike a little forward spin (though it went different the in attempt that worked. As it landed on the back wheel, I held brake to the back wheel didn't roll out from under me). Then carry speed to the next and most of the time the bike would land OK
For the loop section, I took it slow to go straight down and not around the loop, you need a little speed or you'll go over the front wheel, and brake at the crest of the barrel
