This achievement is for killing five stormvermin (the black furred armoured rats) with the magical green lightning that strikes after the bell tolls.
Throughout this level are green crystals overhead, that are fairly hard to miss. About 5-10 seconds after the bell tolls each of these crystals shoot lightning downwards that will one hit kill a stormvermin. The key is to stand under these and hold block, trying to make sure the stormvermin are under the crystal (have them stand on the big scorch marks on the floor if you're missing it often)
The easiest part to do this is the very start, as soon as the bell tolls and opens the way, drop down with your group. Only kill things that aren't stormvermin. There should be a large group of them near the door control (DO NOT BREAK THE ROPE UNTIL YOU HAVE THE KILLS). Basically just aggro them and kite them to under the crystals.
The most important thing to note is that the bell does not ring during certain parts of this level so it is safest to get the kills in the first section. If the bell isn't ringing then lightning won't strike.
After that simply finish the level and it should pop during the loot screen.
