How to unlock the Flamingo! achievement in Xbox Fitness - Definitive Guide
If you view the achievement list through the X1, you'll see a percentage tracker on this one. I was at 94%, I did the workout '10-Minute Solutions - Cardio Kickboxing' and got it while I was jumping rope - not once had I stood on one leg for one full, consecutive minute.
Just load up any workout (I did this on the 10 Minute Solutions Cardio Kickboxing workout, which is under the "Rapid Results Fat Burner" group), and stood on one leg after the workout started. You can snap the achievements if you want, to see how much more you need... it will update after you replant your other foot.
And to confirm what Tom RT said, it is indeed cumulative. I started off at 23% and it took about 40 seconds for the achievement to pop.
The first important thing to note for this achievement is that it is cumulative. You don't need to balance for one minute straight without falling to unlock this. The second important thing to note is that you cannot just ignore the workout routine on screen and stand on one leg. This won't work. It will only count when the workout routine is telling you to do this. Therefore the fastest way to unlock this achievement would be with yoga routines that involve balancing on one leg. However, there are multiple routines that involve some jumping and specific points that count as balancing on one leg, even for a second or two. This all adds to the cumulative total and this achievement should unlock naturally while going for the rest.
