How to unlock the Some Days You Just Can't Get Rid of a Bomb achievement in Zero Escape: The Nonary Games - Definitive Guide
To unlock the tenth lock, you must first complete Luna's ending
Then to actually get to tenth lock, you must first follow the path to the ninth lock, as documented here:
The codes for the first three bombs can be found on Alice's ending
Similar to getting in the computer on Luna's route, the codes for the three bombs are not entered automatically or stored in the archive, so you need to remember each code, or they can be found below in case you forget:
Shortly after deactivating the 3rd bomb, bomb number 1, you should automatically unlock this achievement if you completed Luna's ending and thus know there bomb number 0 is.
To get the code for bomb number 0, you need to complete Dio's ending

Story locks are plot checkpoints that will not let you pass if you have not gained pertinent information from other routes. Trophy-wise, it does not matter if you actually are stopped by these locks when you're playing the game (as opposed to already having the information before hitting the lock in the first place).
The tenth lock is located via the following choices: Cyan / Betray / Yes / Red (you don't have a choice) / pass story lock 8 (see Why'd You Do That, You Dumas!) / pass story lock 9 (see Who Set Up Us The Bomb, Part A).
To bypass this lock, you must have bypassed all the other story locks.
