How to setup Google Play Account for achievement tracking

1. Open Play Games app on your Android device, tap menu icon at the top right corner of the screen and go to Settings.
2. Make sure Everyone is set for the game activity option.
3. Additionally, from your profile page in the app, click the Edit icon and ensure a Gamer Name is set.
