How to unlock the Escape Artist achievement in Amnesia: Rebirth - Definitive Guide
In the Arsenal (during the Fort part of the game), you'll need to enter the Captain's quarters without springing the trap. To do this, Open the left hand window and close the window on the right. Climb through the window and along the sidepaths and jump over to the other side and into the Captain's room. You'll need to slowly remove the hook from the door, then obtain the key from the other corpse and open the door. Then obtain the Sulfur from the storage in the same room and exit.

Couldn't get this to unlock on console no matter what I did, including reloading saves in a previous chapter and trying all three methods for escaping the room. However, I tried playing from the cloud, and it unlocked immediately--so, a heads-up if anyone else has the same trouble I did.

Missable Achievement
Chapter: The Arsenal
Location: Captain’s Quarters
Location: Captain’s Quarters
You will need to enter the Captain’s Quarters in order to get an item needed to progress. Problem is, the door is booby-trapped with a grenade. To unlock this achievement, you must leave the room without triggering this grenade. There are two ways in which you can do this, both can be seen in the video below.
Method 1: Throwing an object at the breakable wall to the right of the drawer with the matches in it. Crouch through the opening and leave the room.
Method 2: By jumping from the scaffolding you came in by, to the window/door directly to your left. You will need to open this window before you jump. If the prompt is not showing for you to open it, you will need to reload your last checkpoint.
The achievement will unlock when you go back to the hallway leading into the room you were in.

Missable
This will be earned in the Arsenal chapter.
To actually leave the Fortress, you'll need to create a missile to launch out of a tank (see Gunner for more information on how to do so). To get the Sulfur, you'll need to get inside a cage that is/was housing medicine and hard alcohol, as well as some rather unlucky friends. You won't be able to get out the way you came in (damn you falling scaffoldings!), so you'll need to go through the front door. Unfortunately, the door is booby-trapped with a grenade. Because why not. For this trophy, you'll need to exit out of said door without setting off the grenade.
If you're facing the door, on the right side of the cage is a less-than-fine gentleman with his head stuck in the cage. In his hand, he is holding a key. Take the key and head over to the door. Carefully remove the hook from the lock (be sure not to pull on it) to detach the grenade from it. Equip the key and use it on the lock to open the door. When you do, the trophy will unlock. You also might want to start running.

According to the plot, you will come across a closed cage with a couple of corpses. You need to take the key from one of them. Close the window closest to the cage on the left behind the curtain, open the next window and climb out. Walk along the boards and jump over to the closed window. Once in the cage and having taken what you need from the closet, you need to carefully remove the hook from the door, open it with the key and leave.

You might as well not take the key: to the left of the door (if you stand facing it from the inside) there are cracks on the wall. We take the cube from the sarcophagus and throw it into this wall and it turns out to be a hole. That's it, let's bend down and go out
