Following on from the Nomad achievement you will be inside some unusual stone structure. Head forward in and into the second room and grab the power source that looks like a little pyramid heads head thing that's emitting light, it's just on the right of the door on the floor. (I had a bug here where the power source glitched through the wall and I lost it. I forced quit the game and reloaded to start this check point again)

Bring the pyramid into the other room and align it so that the door in front is lit up green above. See image below if you have issues.

Press the button on the left of the door and head through. Go into the next room on the right and go right again into the next room. On a lit up desk in the right corner is a octogen shaped box that you can lift the lid on and open to reveal a orb. Grab the orb and it will automatically added to your inventory. Turn straight around from the orb and you will see another pyramid power source, grab it and go back into the other room and out the door you came. Head directly right into the corridor and there is another door on your left you need to open using the power source, move around until it links and then drop it and head through the new door.
You will now be outside Head down the steps to the blue lit up cable and pull the lever on the right to reveal a Leyden Jar. Pick this up and turn directly behind to see another lit up cable, grab the other jar linked to this and head back up the stairs. Grab the power source on the floor as you pass and go back into the puzzle room with the plinths. In the middle of this room is a plinth with two sockers below it, the one of the left has something inside so remove this. Insert the two Jars you got from outside. Turn left and in the middle of the puzzle thing. press the level on the middle one and add the orb from your inventory. Go to the control panel with all the symbols on it. Using the bottom and red sliders you want to position the red square in the middle and one down from the top. Then hit the button at the top. See image below if you are having any issues.

Now you have powered up the machine in the middle. (The one you added two jars too) You will discover that this is a teleportation machine. Press the button below to teleport the boxes across into the other room. Now is a chance to get a missable achievement called Translocator.

Keep adding boxes into the teleporter and pressing the button and the achievement will unlock after about 3 or 4 goes.

Now what you want to do is put the pyramid power source into the teleporter and zap it across into the other room. Once done you will see this has powered up all the doors so we can progress. Pull the lever down and remove the original orb from the puzzle. Turn directly around and get ready to run, press the button and head through the door and follow the hall around and into the other room. When you get into the other room, pull out your compass thing by pressing RS and head through the wall. Continue on through into the darkness.
Now you will be in a sort of new area, follow the path. Keep following the path around and you will eventually get to a sort of in game cut scene with a young child. When you are able to move, walk around a little bit until you return to the real world.

The achievement should pop straight after the game has loaded. (After pressing any button at the loading screen)

Story Related

This will unlock once you've complete the flashback chapter The Park. There are no collectibles in this chapter and it all takes place in one room, making it a quick little storyline progression/intermission chapter.

There is a chapter prior to this one called The Alchemist's Chambers that does not have a story related trophy associated with it. If you're having trouble with this one, please see Translocator trophy_bronze.png  for assistance with the puzzles.
