Strategy:

So, my strategy was too always go all out. You have to be aggressive, otherwise two opposing factions that spawn will kill one another. You want to conserve bullets and arrows for later round so focus purely on your sword for getting kills early on. You also want to conserve all your mana until you get Bend Time.

First three rounds, just run around and get the kills (sometimes you will get screwed with two opposing factions that spawn on the opposite side of the map from you, just restart if one kills the other before you get there).

Devouring Swarm will drop after Round 2 and can be useful, but later stages it becomes a waste. I would recommend not using it at all in order to save your mana for Bend Time later.

At Round 4, you start encountering 4 enemies, which means if there are opposing factions, this is where it begins to get tough. I would recommend running with your crossbow out. You can sprint to a target, fire a round in to him to stagger him and then instantly kill him. You will want to retrieve your arrow later so remember where the body is.

Bend Time drops after Round 5. From here on out, I used it once all the enemies spawned (note, this is NOT when the first enemy spawns, since they do not spawn all at the same time). Run with your crossbow and head shot available targets and knife the rest. (I completely ignored Whirlwind and Bloodthirsty since they were never that effective). Limit it to one use per wave until you hit the tall boy section.

At Round 7, you start having Assassins get into the fight. They will spawn on the rooftops and snipe or jump down and get into the fight. These guys are dangerous since their sniping can kill weaker enemies incredibly fast. However, my strategy would be to Bend Time, kill all other enemies on the ground. Retreat to a safe distance and snipe with my crossbow.

At Round 9, you start getting 5 enemies, follow the same strategy.

At Round 10, you get your first Tall Boy and the pain begins! Tall Boys are most annoying since they can immediately one-shot weaker enemies if they spawn nearby. Tall Boys have two spawn locations. One is next to your initial spawn area and the other is on the opposite side. I stood on the roof that houses the whale oil barrel and jumped (press and hold A to ability jump) over for the aerial kill. If it spawns in the other location, I popped Bend Time and went to town with the gun, aiming for the whale oil tank on his back. You can also throw the provided whale oil tank from the dispenser to kill them though may require an extra shot.

At Round 12, you have 2 Tall Boys. You will constantly want to be hitting Bend Time until they are down to make sure they don't kill anyone to quickly. Bring these guys down fast and mop up the rest and the achievement is yours. (I am not sure if you have to kill the merchant between Round 12 and 13, but didn't want to risk it)

I hope that helps and good luck!

@Chevelle x19x You can shoot those guys with a crossbow or a gun right before getting to them to cause them to stagger. When staggered, you will one-shot them with your knife. If you do it with your crossbow, you can retrieve your bolt and not lose any ammo.

Great guide. This achievement really boils down to being lucky and hoping that the tall boys dont kill anyone. Good Luck!

Bad DLC, decent guide the mission is just broken. I've had enemies die INSTANTLY off of round start, not to mention the fact that you take way to much damage, the dog mechanic is broken as all fuck, and the blocking along with damage is completely inconstant.

Is pretty important to go after the one who spits fire, dogs and Weepers. I've missed 1 3 times in a row now and well it's just bad luck. In my 10, 11 and 12 i always go after small enemies first then the Tallboy with Y (Assassination) It's pretty to use it whenever you can, because it will save you in the end.

Just got the achievement: Don't throw the Oil cannister at 4+ rounds, it will just fuck you up simply. And remember that round 8 is easy without Time Bend true, but still watchout, because they will accidentally shoot eachother anyway.

So close, and a normal city guard threw a rock at me while I was jumping to drop-kill another guard. Knocked me back and out of the level into the void to my death.

This DLC has made me hate achievements.

Always use bend time even if all the same faction. I keep getting screwed over by factions friendly fire. Gun guy shot his teammate in the back, Overseer grenades ect . Achievement is so dumb. How is it considered an achievement when it is pure luck. Can anyone verify if this is easier via normal or expert mode?

Some of these kills that "don't count" are absolute bullshit.

I was literally on the last wave, had an assassin left. He was perched on a roof so I went for a simple headshot. It was no problem, I had done it many times before. He fucking flew in tue air OFF THE CLIFF and it didn't count as my kill? Are you fucking kidding me?

This DLC really ruined the game for me.

Terrible dlc, but i did all of it! For this one i definitely recommend the bomb strategy, i kept an assassin alive and while stood there i put 5 bombs in each spot, then the tall boys came, killed the first one with bombs on wave 10, wave 11 the tall boy spawned where i had blown up the bombs already, so i went and spring razored him, so on wave 12 i bombed the one tallboy who hasnt spawned on the other bomb side and spring razored the other. Worked perfect! I would suggest having at least 4 mana vials by waves 10-12, use 1-2 for wave 10, 1-2 for 11, and definitely 2 for wave 12, i only used time bend for wave 7 and 9, and had plenty of mana for the rest of it. Good luck to anyone trying to get this, just keep at it, i tried it like 10-15 times.

This was bullshit. It favors the NPC's heavily.
Something that should be skill is pretty much luck based. Then to top it all off, there were so many times I kill an NPC and get the points for them but the kill count does not give me the credit and way to many times they kill each other with only one hit.
Made things very rough.

There are some good suggestions here, but I thought it would be beneficial for me to add some of my own thoughts as well in the case someone stumbles across them. I personally make bullshit achievements like this bearable by devising a carefully constructed method to tackle it. I'll provide what I did as succinctly as I can.

To put things in perspective, I consider myself a decently accomplished gamer and this took me a solid three hours to do from when I first played the level to the time I unlocked the achievement. A good portion of that was learning the level and experimenting, though; once I got my method down I would say it took about 40-45 minutes of repeated effort. This isn't really a difficult achievement; it's more of a test of patience and determination. Expect unlucky occurrences and many restarts.

General Notes:

Speed is key. You need to be moving and killing as fast as you can. Take advantage of the fact that Blink is hot-keyed to down on the D-Pad. Bringing up your power wheel is distracting and there is a low chance that in your haste you might select the wrong power. It happened to me more than once. Also, do not hesitate to use ammunition. It will save you time and health, and you absolutely do not need it in large amounts after Round 8.

Kills will semi-frequently not register. I can't completely confirm why this happens, but it seems to occur when an enemy falls oddly on a surface. There really isn't any way to avoid this happening, and I simply restarted if it occurred. I would say this happened about 8% of the time. You just have to deal with it.

You might consider turning on Auto-Aim or Aim-Assist or whatever the hell it is. I always, always turn that off in any game I play, however I enabled it to see if it helped. I really can't say if it did for certain, but I got the achievement my second try after turning it on. The purist in me slightly regrets it, but the sane part of myself is thankful for the extra edge it provided.

I never really found the "ideal" place to position myself at the beginning of Rounds 1-7 and 9. Nobody really seems to offer one. I personally stood facing the stairs and the arches on the side of the map opposite of where you begin. This allows you to see and react to two spawn locations (top of the stairs and under the arches) with the ability to react to two more (the alley by the arches and the walkway to the right of the stairs) almost immediately.

You can hack your way through Weepers and Lower City Watch. Everyone else should be stunned with a bolt or bullet first for a quick execution. The Torturer is best dispatched with an adrenaline kill (with the Y button, when available after a kill streak). Music Box Overseers should be taken out last and at range with a grenade. The most efficient and certain method of dealing with Tallboys is with a drop assassination, for me at least. Springrazoring them would be the preferred method if you can reliably (i.e. 100% of the time) perform it. Missing once makes it more time consuming than assassination, and thus more costly. To kill a Tallboy with a Springrazor, you must bend time, double-jump up to their body (hold A) and attach it to their person. Drop assassination is so much easier, in my opinion.

The Golden Merchant randomly drops elixirs and ammunition. He appears to always drop the same number of items. So if you knock him down and stab him, you will get the remainder of the items anyways. Conversely, hitting him after a certain point grants no further items. Kill him as fast as possible so you can get into position for the next round.

Pick up Devouring Swarm when it spawns. It seems that if there are multiple runes on the map, the first one you pick up will give you Devouring Swarm regardless. I may be incorrect, but the marker is obnoxious regardless. Leave an enemy alive at the end of an early round if it's in an inconvenient place. The tall building above your initial spawn can be reach by getting on top of the whale oil rooftop, aiming Blink at the building's rooftop, then double-jumping and Blinking. Ignore the rest of runes unless they are easily accessible (just to get the marker off of your HUD).

The Two-Step Method:

There are two hurdles to my method. The first is the greater.

1.) Get to Round 9 without using any mana permanently. This means without using Blink excessively or Bend Time. At a certain level of skill, this is literally all down to luck. Hack through Round 1. Use your crossbow starting at Round 2 to stun combo Thugs, City Watch Regulars, and Overseers. Try to headshot Wolfhounds. Thugs are priority targets because they can and will one-shot Lower Watch, Weepers, and Wolfhounds. Switch to your pistol if at two bolts or less. Remember to loot to recover bolts from corpses and Assassins, and bullets from City Watch Officers, but only between rounds. Once you get to Round 8, the difficult part is over. Round 8 is easy and always the same; hide at the stairs you spawned at, killing the Officers with a pistol/sword combo. Grenade the Overseer. Round 9 is also a joke now that you've earned the luxury of using Bend Time. Use it, then hack at anything you see that isn't the Torturer. Once you've earned your adrenaline kill, one-shot the Torturer. You should only have one enemy left if you're quick. Congratulations, the hard part is over.

2.) Rounds 10-12 have Tallboys, but they are chumps if handled correctly. There seems to be some disagreement over what your target priority is here, namely if you should focus on the other enemies first and then the Tallboys, or the Tallboys first. I argue that the Tallboys should be removed first for two reasons: a Tallboy will one-shot most other enemies almost immediately, and more importantly, you know exactly where they will spawn. Hunting normal enemies first is wasting your largest advantage and taking a big gamble. Now this is entirely up to luck, but you should have five-plus mana elixirs ready to be used. I've had as many as seven. This means you have the ability to use Bend Time at least 6-7 times. After killing the merchant, get on top of the rooftop above the whale oil dispenser. Face your initial spawn. Bend Time as soon as the round begins. If you're lucky, the Tallboy will be right in front of you. Double-jump and assassinate. If the Tallboy spawns on the other side, double-jump onto the ventilation, Blink and air assassinate. Kill the rest of the enemies. Using this method, I've never failed Rounds 10 and 11. Don't be afraid of using Bend Time twice; this is why you suffered through Rounds 1-8 without it. Before Round 12, you need to be on that ventilation I mentioned earlier, or better yet, atop the rooftop beyond it. If you're in position, Round 12 is the final hurdle, but it’s not terribly difficult. Pray to the gods of RNG and Bend Time as soon as it starts. Jump and air assassinate the Tallboy. Blink onto the whale oil rooftop and air assassinate the second Tallboy. Bend Time, Bend Time, Bend Time. You saved all of this mana expressly for this purpose. If the dice fell in your favor, the lesser enemies haven't killed each other yet. Keep time bent and dispatch them. If you see that the two non-Overseer enemies are not fighting, kill the Overseer first. But this is all up to RNG. On my successful run, I found a Wolfhound and Weeper going at it in the corner of the map. I butchered them and then grenaded the Overseer.

This method makes the initial seven rounds the difficult part, with the end being much easier. I prefer things this way, as it gives me a better chance of success later and ends unsuccessful runs sooner rather than later, something I find much less frustrating. There are many ways to tackle this achievement, and as this achievement didn't take too terribly long, this isn't an immaculate or perfected method. But it worked for me by taking all of the sting out of the later rounds. Almost all of my failures occurred before Round 6, with only one failure on Round 12 with this approach. Good luck, and remember this is heavily dependent on chance. It could take one player 30 minutes, and another of equal skill six hours. Don't let yourself become too frustrated and it will come with dedication.

I finally got it.

IMPORTANT:
ALL WAVES - TRY TO KILL THE DOGS FIRST, THEY ARE EASILY KILLED.
WAVE/ROUND 9 - BEND TIME AND KILL THE EXECUTIONER FIRST.
WAVE/ROUND 10 AND 11 - BEND TIME, KILL ALL ENEMIES ON THE GROUND FIRST AND THEN KILL THE TALLBOYS.
WAVE/ROUND 12 - BEND TIME, KILL ALL ENEMIES ON THE GROUND FIRST, THEN THE TALLBOYS, AND FINALLY THE OVERSEER PLAYING THE MUSIC (BE AWAY FROM HIM).

SORRY, MY ENGLISH IS TERRIBLE! AND THANK YOU SO MUCH.

So I figured something out that got me the achievement the first time I got back to the Tall Boy waves. So I didn't use Bend Time (or any Mana moves aside from a fully regenerating Blink) until Wave 9, but I had four vials left over so you could probably use one Bend Time per wave once you get it.

Anyway, when it comes to Wave 12, there's actually a building directly opposite from where you spawn, right next to the far Tall Boy spawn (left side if you are looking from spawn/whale oil building). You can either Blink up here easily. As soon as the Tall Boy spawns, use Bend Time, and air assassinate him (you can literally just drop on him, no need to jump). Then, immediately Blink to the top of the Whale Oil building, and run/jump to air assassinate the other Tall Boy (the one closest the spawn, to reiterate). Once you have done this, your Bend Time will have just run out or be very close to. Immediately trigger it again, then find the music box Overseer and kill him. You've actually slowed down time so much he hasn't had the ability to start playing, so it's easy. Finish off the rest and you are golden!

That building for the far tall boy is easy to get to for waves 10 and 11 as well if he spawns over their. Bend Time from on top the whale oil building, double jump+Blink to try to get the air assassinate (I could do that most of the time), and if you miss, Blink up to the top of that building and drop on him for the kill.

I've never been more mentally assaulted by an achievement than this one. No matter how many times I ran through, enemies continued to kill one another causing me to restart (particularly during the earlier rounds). Sometimes rival factions spawn in corners and instantly take one another out before I can even get to them (no Time Bend yet). Then you have other occasions when a soldier or dog gets one shotted by one of the rooftop assassins' bolts. I can't be everywhere at once, game!

All I can say about it is to try to kill a single enemy that is opposed to other enemy factions if you can spot them quickly enough (e.g take out the weeper before the 2 soldiers). You can also try to defeat enemies who tend to have stronger one-shot-kill attacks. For instance, I would always take out the Torturer immediately in Round 9 as he tended to take out the Assassins very quickly. The fire blower guys should also be eliminated right away. Lastly, from my experience, the Tall Boys must always be killed first! Right as they spawn they almost always one shot the lower leveled enemies instantly with their rockets.

I spent what was nearly 8 hours attempting this doozy of an achievement. Literally felt like you had to wait until the game spawned enemies in favorable spots or enemies in all the same faction to get through all the rounds without anyone killing each other. This was my main hurdle and not so much the Tall Boys since you can drop assassinate them or throw spring-razors at them up close. As Rounds 10, 11, and 12 begin, you should use Time Bend immediately before you even see Tall Boys spawn. After a few seconds in Time Bend, you'll see them slowly spawn into their usual corner spots and that's your chance to kill them outright with an air assassination or spring-razor (jump near it and throw with RT) before they even have a chance to harm a fly.

Even with these strategies however, I'm still not sure what the developers were thinking with this achievement.

This is seriously the stupidest, most unfair, and most frustrating achievement I have ever earned. Thanks for the guide, though. Your tips helped a lot.

Quick tip for the Tall Boys -- I found it was easiest to start Rounds 10 and 11 on the roof above the whale oil and pop Bend Time right after the Tall Boy spawned. If he spawned in the near corner, I would drop assassinate him. If he spawned in the far corner, I would run up and plant a spring razor on him. Either way, it helped killing the Tall Boys quickly to avoid them killing any other enemies. Using this tactic, it was pretty easy to round up 2 or 3 of the remaining enemies before Bend Time ran out, then use my crossbow and sword for the 1 or 2 that were left.

For the final round, I would use Bend Time again and if I had a spring razor left, use that to kill at least one of the Tall Boys. Then I killed all the other enemies I could find. Note that the weakest enemies typically spawn on Round 12 (Weepers, Lower Guards, Dogs), so it's very easy for the Tall Boys to kill them. It's like the developers were intentionally trying to screw you over on this achievement at the final round. If you have enough mana for it, definitely use Bend Time again if you haven't killed all the smaller enemies, because those Tall Boys will ruin your perfect run.

If you're struggling in rounds 10-12 like I was, I worked out a way to make those last 3 rounds VASTLY easier.

Using this method I only needed 2 grenades (one for the music box guy in round 8 and round 12), and still had 3 mana vials and 3 health vials left at the end of round 12 when I got my achievement.

Be warned: This method takes TIME. If you wind up failing anyway after doing this (I failed twice after setting up my oil cans), you will waste about 20 minutes each attempt setting this up. BUT, if you do it right you should get it within a few tries.

Step 1: Complete rounds 1-5 as normal, taking out enemies with whatever means you're comfortable with. Personally for me, beginning round 3 I grab the oil tank and stand on the far stairs from the spawn and throw it at the first 2 enemies I see fighting, or the nearest enemy to my left. Leave the last enemy alive each round until another oil tank spawns to use at the start of the next round.

Step 2: Complete round 6 (and 7 if you can, but it's not necessary) WITHOUT using bend time. I was able to complete rounds 6-8 without using bend time by using the same oil can method as above to clear out the first enemy, shooting the 2nd and 3rd, and leaving the 4th alive to respawn an oil can for the next round.

Step 3: On round 9, LEAVE THE LAST ENEMY ALIVE. Preferably, leave an assassin alive as the soldiers have a tendency to get eaten by rats occassionally while you're setting up the cans (step 4) and it's really frustrating.

Step 4: While hiding from the last enemy, let an oil can spawn and place it on the Tall Boy spawn nearest the oil can dispenser. Hide and wait 1 minute for another to spawn and repeat. Place 5 oil cans at the nearest tall boy spawn, then proceed to place 5 at the far tall boy spawn. Position them close together without being so close as to risk killing/damaging yourself (because if they touch/bump each other they can explode easily). You can lure the last enemy away from the oil can/tall boy spawns then blink away from him to disappear if need be. Just let your mana refill if you do.

Step 6: After placing 5 oil cans at each tall boy spawn, kill the last enemy. Kill the merchant ASAP, then pull out your bend time and face the tall boy spawn near the oil can dispenser, as round 10's tall boy has a tendency to spawn there.

Step 7: Whether you see a tall boy or not, hit your Bend Time after the round starts. Shoot the oil can if the tall boy is there, or turn to the other spawn and shoot those oil cans. This will one shot kill the tall boy and you'll still have Bend Time left to clear THREE enemies.

Step 8: Once again, leave the last enemy alive and replace the 5 oil cans you destroyed. Kill the last enemy, and get in position for round 11 in the same method. Round 11's tall boy usually spawns opposite from where 10's did, at least it always did for me.

Step 9: Complete round 11 the same way (bend time, shoot oil cans wherever the tall boy spawns, clear 3 more enemies, then keep last one alive to replace oil cans). You can set mines while the last enemy is alive like the other solution mentions, but with the oil cans allowing you to one shot both tall boys, and lots of bend time left, you shouldn't need them.

Step 10: At the start of round 12 you ought to have PLENTY of mana vials left and hopefully a health vial or 2 although you probably wont need them. Hit your bend time as soon as you see a tall boy spawn facing one of them at round start. Shoot his oil cans and IMMEDIATELY turn and shoot the oil cans at the other tall boy spawn. Now that both are cleared, hit another Bend Time (pop a mana vial if need be) and clear out the 2 'regular' enemies. Your last enemy will probably (and should) be the music box bastard. Take your time and savor the moment, then grenade him or whatever you like. Kill the merchant for kill #53, and watch as your well-earned achievement pops.

Great guide, thanks. The only thing I would mention is that you can actually start setting up the oil can traps earlier. no enemies ever fight in those areas. I always started as soon as the assassins spawned and set up the 10 while one of them stayed way up top. You save A LOT of time doing it this way.

Sorry that happened to you Snow. I thought I covered that when I stated "Position them close together without being so close as to risk killing/damaging yourself", but I edited it to be more specific. I guess I just assumed people knew that already from playing the story mode as I had oil cans explode when bumping into each other in the story. Solution is edited, but sorry it didn't work out for you.

Eh, honestly I feel like this is too long of a set up versus a potential reward. Standing on the roof above the whale oil and using time bend, if the Tallboy closest to you spawns, its an air kill. And if the farthest one spawns, you can jump up to him and plant a wire trap on him, instantly killing him.

Just thought I should point that out, since no one at all pointed out on here that wire traps instantly kill Tallboys. And plus, if you beat the crap out of the merchant and don't kill him, you have a chance to get a ton of blue vials to spam time bend in the final waves, and extra traps for Tallboy kills.

I've been playing for six hours straight, and I had the bombs explode on me at the very least half a dozen times even though they did not touch! Hit detection in this game is atrocious. I only got the setup working once, and that time a henchman got killed by an assassin while I was blasting the tallboy in wave 11.

Still, good guide, I guess. Beats landing assassinations on those tallboys. It's not your fault that the mechanics of this game are horrendous.

Yikes, sorry to hear about your troubles mate! I only had them explode if they touched. I wish I had been recording video back when I made this guide. cry

I DID IT. Oh thank god, I did it.

I can't believe It worked, because THREE tallboys didn't die from the explosions as a result of me spreading out the oil tanks more. AND I blew myself up once in the same run. Didn't die, though, so I kept going. Good thing I did. Also, killed Daud afterwards, but that's just for good measure.

I already upvoted your guide, but I'd do it again anyday. No chance in hell I would have made it through without.

Awesome Celestis glad you got this done! It was definitely one of the harder achievements I've done over the years. :)

Did this!!! Thank you for your solution. But only thing i placed 8 oil cans on each side because tall boys can survive if detonate only 5 cans. Bye bye this shitty dlc.. Yesterday i tried this for 5 hours straight. Today i did it from first try. Lol clap I stayed in the center of the map when waves start. Used bend time on waves 6, 7, 9 once after first kill and on 10, 11 and 12 once at the start of the round.

Your method worked for me after about the tenth try. This DLC is worse than penile cancer.

I can't give you a vote but thank you for the solution. The oil barrels were a lifesaver in round 12 for me.

I couldn't have done it without your solution, so you get an up vote from me.

The rats killing the last enemy on before rounds 10 to 12 happened to me a few times, which got annoying, so I usually tried to finish placing enough Whale Oil Tanks at one of the tallboy spawns quickly before working on the other area, so if the rats interfered before I finished the setup at both spawns, then I would kill the last enemy and then stand on the top of the building near the other spawn that didn't have enough tanks placed there, so that I could ready myself for a possible drop assassination.

If the last enemy was an Assassin standing on the ground staring nonchalantly into space or a wall, then I would move all the bodies away from him to prevent the rats stealing the kill.

It's a totally imbalanced piece of shit with ugly mechanics. Skills doesn't matter, but the luck only. Dogs has no attack cooldown. Flamethrowers can instatntly kill any enemy just before his respawn. And many other stupid thins that makes your attempts endlessly.

Thanks for the tip with the oil cans. Haven't gotten BMHA yet, but used this last night to finally pass Expert Back Alley Brawl. Got to round 9, and got one assassin high up intently staring at an apparently fascinating corner, so I set up 5 oil cans on each Tallboy spawn, then collected 10 more and left them lined up on the lower roof opposite the oil dispenser.

The last round, I kept wondering why I was shooting point blank at the barrels, and they weren't blowing up, until I realized I was somehow in round 13, and Daud had Bend Time II. Somehow I beat him and a few others before getting stomped on by a newly-spawned Tallboy, but I beat 30K, and that's all that mattered.

BMHA should be dead simple when I try it on Normal.

Didn't end up using this method, but I can tell it would work.

I almost had it set up for round 12 (didn't see it being particularly helpful at all before that - there's plenty of time to run around and assassinate either of the tall boy spawns after they spawn in a single bend time), but I tapped one can against another and they all blew up and killed me. Obviously very disappointing.

So you should really point that out! Make sure people realize they need to watch for that.

And to anyone having trouble with this method, if you practice a bit running between the two roofs next to the tallboy spawns, you can knock rounds 10-12 out in one bend time each (even killing two tallboys in one bend time with drop assassinations). I ended up killing 73 enemies (used bend time 5 times back to back after wave 12 ended) without missing one!

*Someone said that this guide is old?! as the developers has updated the game well I dont have the game anymore so you either use another guide or follow the same Technique UPTOYOU

Video is better BUT tips are useful!
Video IS UP! Credit goes for ***Coopa Bruzz*** for recording it HOWEVER the guide down below shows my technique on how I got mine which shows a bit different strategy.

HINTS:
-USE MINES!!!
-Always position on the opposite stairs (NOT the one that you spawn from) so you can see everyone clearly.
-Make a quick hits on the MERCHANT so he will give you extra potions (Don't let him fall over)
-Make a use of the oil tank whenever it is available.
-Use the vision at the end of every round as it doesn't take much Mona and it will refill after few seconds.
-Luck is part of this achievement I even spent the last three rounds using the BEND TIME twice which is insane.
-DON'T kill the last Yellow dude that appears after round 12!

#ROUND

(3)#1: SWORD & CROSSBOW
(6)#2 same ^
(9)#3 same ^

(10)[Yellow dude]

(14)#4 GRENADES & PISTOL
(18)#5 same ^

BEND TIME

(22)#6 BEND TIME & SWARD

(23)[Yellow dude]

(27)#7 same ^
(31)#8 CROSSBOW ONLY as all the faction are the same so go on the top and get some headshots.
(36)#9 BEND TIME twice if needed try to kill everyone before you go after the torturer (you can double jump and kill him if he shows up in your way) or get to the top of any building IF he is the last one.

(37)[Yellow dude]

(42)#10 BEND TIME Once kill and kill the tallboy first.

(47)#11 same ^

(52)#12 Don't finish round 11! leave one alive and put the two mines in two different side one beside the oil tank and the other one on the opposite building that is straight ahead of the oil tank machine. (DON'T let the guard see you while you doing that), In these two spots the combatants usually repawn.
I had 3 combatants died with my mines while I was killing the Tallboys!

I was going for the 30k on normal, and died on wave 10 with 38k, yet I had 51 kills (and I didn't kill everyone).

This achievement was going to be my next thing to do, but somethings wrong with the numbers of guards on these guides (perhaps the game has been updated and changed it?)

This is to help those that had the same trouble I did with this achievement.

The other solutions are 100 percent spot on, I suggest you use those as well. But what works for some may not work for others.

My problem with this achievement wasn't knowing whats ahead, but thinking to far ahead. For instance, stocking up on oil tanks. I would either nudge another, exploding all others within the area and dropping my health to a smidge or killing me. Or just forgetting about them all together. (I say again, what works for some may not work for others). My play style is going all out without reguard to human life.

My suggestion is DO NOT over think your strategy, its fairly straight foward. Your goal is to kill EVERYONE by wave 13. My issue was I found myself looking at the kill count during a wave, that is a huge mistake. Look at it in between waves, too many times I found myself looking at the kill count during a wave to have an enemy kill anothe: enter round 12, I glanced for a second and a tallboy killed someone. Also dont think about bow or gun, I realized I'd be figuring out which one to use then bend time would end and I would be in a scramble fudging things up. Bow or gun as long as you got a bullet or bow use it. In round 8 I cant stress enough, do not use bend time at all. They are all the same faction, before it begins blink to the roof of the oil can and crouch. Throw a grenade at the music box guy and kill off the rest however you want. Not using any mana this wave will come in handy in the later rounds.

I also would think of whats coming in rounds to come, but the only thing to remember is the tallboys in rounds 10, 11 and 12. The butcher in round 9 I would build up to have an adrenaline kill, easily taken care of. Even using bend time I found myself missing the drop assassination on the butcher. Having said all of this, there is some luck to this. If factions spawn across the map, there is a good chance one will kill the other especially if one of them is a weeper. In round 10 the tallboy spawned and an assassin spawned across from me, in the split second I used bend time the tallboy shot his rocket up to the assassin, killing him dead right after bend time ended. The assassin was on top of the tallest building so I wouldnt have had enough time reguardless.

How I eventually approached this was saying screw luck and screw everything else, just go kill crazy. Have some structure and knowladge of what to do. When I did achieve this, I didnt look at score or kills until the end of wave 12. On the roof were the oil can is, if a tallboy spawned left I double jumped and drop assassinate. If one spawned to the right, I blinked to the air vent then double jumped and drop assassinate. Of course using bend time either way. When they both spawned, I drop assassinate the one to the left, then get some kills to build up the adrenaline kill. Run over to the other tallboy double jump and hit Y.

Below are 2 videos that helped me. Coopas video helped also but I felt the need to watch different ones. I hope I have helped some. Good luck

If you feel I need to change anything or correct something please let me know.

You must kill all enemies on all 13 waves of Back Alley Brawl. They must not be finished off via suicide (hitting a whale oil tank), or killed by any other enemies in any way.

You can look HERE for a guide by Kohbo, or HERE for tips from Mr Buds.
