How to unlock the No Witnesses achievement in Disjunction - Definitive Guide
This is a tough one.
You CAN NOT KNOCK OUT ONE SINGLE HUMAN ENEMY thoughout the entire game. If you suspect that you did it by mistake: reload checkpoint. If you miss to kill ONE out of the maybe around 300(?) enemies that are in the game, you void the achievement.
You have to shoot them to death, every single one. You CAN melee the robots and it will still count towards the achievement.
Shooting alerts enemies but you can fire your gun from far enough range to avoid alerting enemies in certain situations. This only comes from playing and learning the game and being a bit skilled as well. This achievement consists of:
1. Trial and error to make sure you know the best way to progress through a level alerting the least amount of enemies and being as stealthy as possible(with a loud gun...) and not running out of ammo. I personally made a habit of using the baton to work down the HP of the enemy and then finishing them off with one shot.
2. Making a good or perfect run to the next checkpoint. A good to perfect run includes
- Not having lost too much HP when you reach a checkpoint.
- Getting enough ammo drops to be able to kill all human enemies.
- NOT SCREWING UP... which you will a lot. It was always my own fault though because the game is consistant with it's mechanics. The only random thing is the ammo and energy drops.
3. Use your XP towards the skill tree that gives you 50% more ammo drops and sneaking speed.
4. Have patience.
5. Always choose to kill the person you are talking to in the dialogues between levels when you have the oppertunity to make sure you truly kill everyone.
Good luck!

Yeah this was not fun. So many rooms were trial and error to figure out how to draw out some enemies and not all of them at once, since fighting 4 people with guns at once was certain death.
In the end managed a lot of rooms by managing to draw out melee enemies by getting spotted and them bringing one person with them, as well as taking out all robots first.
I’d have to say, franks levels were by far the worst, apart from being able to heal, I didn’t find him that useful and found myself resetting for good runs with ammunition count far more often than the others since he doesn’t have the passive upgrade for ammo drops.
