How to unlock the Pumping Iron achievement in EA SPORTS Active 2 - Definitive Guide

Actually not that hard:
1. Set up a custom workout for Arm Curls for High intensity.
2. Add as many repetitions of the same workout.
3. There are 15 arm curls in each high-intensity workout.
4. Choose 7 in each workout, can be done in an hour.

Note: Dont necessarily have to use weights or wait for the trainers lead to finish each set of 15.

I would just create a custom workout of 1 set of 15 curls, then repeat it as many times as you want. This should help you get the 50 and 100 workouts also.

You will most likely not unlock this achievement if you plan to complete the 9 week program without skipping this exercise. If it did not unlock after the program, either 100% complete the Cardio Kick Start program or create a custom workout with Bicep Curls at the desired intensity. Below is a table which shows the total time and exercises needed.

Bicep Curls
Intensity - time - calories - curls/exercise - total exercises - total time (hrs)
Low - 0:46 - 5.1 - 10 - 100 - 1.3
Med - 0:56 - 6.2 - 12 - 84 - 1.3
High - 1:09 - 7.6 - 15 - 67 - 1.3
Note: Transition times between exercises are not accounted for.
