How to unlock the Unbelievable Finish achievement in EA SPORTS College Football 25 - Definitive Guide

On the home menu choose play now and create a rivalry game. I selected Texas A&M vs Texas.
Make sure you choose the home team and set the difficulty to Freshman and the Quarter Length to 1 minute.
If the opposing team gets the kickoff first. stop them from scoring and get the ball as soon as you can.
If you receive the ball first or get the ball back from the opposing team, before choosing a play, press the right stick
, and set tempo adjustment to Chew Clock. Then choose a running play and stay in bounds. It should only take 3 or 4 plays before the first half is done.
In the second half follow the general ideas above, except if you are receiving in the second half try to make some progress towards the end zone. At this point we need to set up the game winning touchdown on the last play of the game. Chew the clock down until you are around 30 seconds left in the 4th quarter. At this point you are trying to call a timeout with only 2 or 3 seconds left on the clock so pay attention to the time as you run the next few plays.
Once you have only a few seconds left and the game is tied, score a touchdown with no time remaining on the clock to win the game and unlock the achievement. A field goal will not count.

Just to add to it, I got it second in OT and scored a TD and it counted for me.

I won in 5 OT and it didn’t unlock because those are 2 point conversions.

**POSSIBLY GLITCHED TROPHY**
While you can obtain this trophy in any game mode there seems to be certain settings where this won't unlock properly. Adjusting sliders does not affect the trophy at all. If you have trouble unlocking the trophy when meeting the game criteria you can delete your save file and try again.
There appears to be some unknown criteria that prevents this trophy from being unlocked in certain scenarios. Adjusting your user and CPU sliders does not affect it, however.
A rivalry game is typically between two teams in the same conference and will be noted as a rivalry in the team select screen (either as a regular rivalry or game that determines the winner of a rivalry trophy of sorts). 1 minute quarters are ok for this trophy. Try to keep the score at 0-0 until the last play and score. With adjusted user and CPU sliders, you should be able to set up a short run or pass near the opponent's end zone as time expires.
