How to unlock the Uncage the Menagerie achievement in Inscryption - Definitive Guide
In order to unlock this achievement, you must first unlock this prerequisite one:

The Secret Achievement achievement in Inscryption worth 11 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
Immediately after completing that achievement, you will have the next item you need:
Use that item on the locked drawers to the left of the door (on the same wall as the caged wolf statue).
This will reveal a set of puzzles. You need to solve them to progress towards this achievement. The spoilers below give progressively more information on how to solve those puzzles. If you just want the solutions, skip the How the puzzles work section.
How the puzzles work:
The below solutions use the format X/X to describe creature power/toughness (so a 2/1 is a creature that deals 2 damage and has 1 health). They refer to the rows by number, starting from the top, so "row 1" is the highest row on screen.
Puzzle 1
Puzzle 2
Follow the steps in this spoiler to obtain a card:
Once you've done all that, head back to the table and start playing again. You will need to use the new card you obtained during the game. See below for how:

Once you have the caged wolf card (which you get from exploring the cabin and solving some puzzles), you must have the caged wolf die in battle in order to "free" it. It has a lot of health, so the best bet is to put it in front of an enemy that has the touch of death sigil, which will kill it in one shot. The adder is one such enemy you are likely to encounter early on.
I am giving the four story related puzzle trophies in Act I the tag of Spoiler. Each of these deserve to be discovered in organic gameplay, but you may need a few pointers in the right direction. They are also connected as you can not accomplish the second trophy without completing the first and so on. Please read the walkthrough of these trophies with that in mind
This is the second of four Spoiler-filled puzzle trophy walkthroughs:
Following the steps to retrieve the Innocuous Insect
, you will receive a key that will open up the top panel of a cabinet on the left side of the room. The puzzle that is revealed plays exactly as your card game plays. Move the tiles up or down from left to right until your hand is setup to deal five points of damage and you will unlock the drawer and receive the reward. The first drawer gives a Skink card, the second drawer gives both the Worker Ant and Ant Queen cards. Once the first two puzzles are complete, you can step back from the cabinet to reveal that the bottom panel of the cabinet has opened. Complete the left side puzzle to receive the Caged Wolf card. The right side puzzle will award you a Squirrel head that can be used on your next visit to the Woodcarver NPC, provided you have played enough of the game to introduce the Tribes, Totems and the Woodcarver who gives them away.. This is a truly useful tool to empower your no cost squirrel cards with a variety of available sigil powers (See Squirrel Wrangler
)
Now that you have the Caged Wolf card, you can begin working on the next puzzle and reward. You should have noticed a few other items around the room by this point. One of the items is a statue of a wolf in a cage. When you have the opportunity, play the Caged Wolf card with the intent that you exhaust the cards health and it loses against an opposing card. Once the Caged Wolf card is defeated, the statue in the room will be freed and you will receive this trophy.
See Ancestral Vision
for the next section of the puzzle.

Story related, can not be missed.
This one is slightly involved. One does not simply free a wolf from the cage. First you have to open the safe from Innocuous Insect (10G). Not only do you get the Stinkbug card, but also a key. Take the key to the locked cabinet on the far right side of the room. When you unlock the cabinate you will get 2 sliding block puzzles.
To tell you the truth, I still don't understand what one is supposed to do with these puzzles. I ended up brute forcing them open by just sliding blocks around until I found the solution. It is meant to represent a card line up where you are required to have your cards do a required amount of damage. I will just give you the solutions:
