How to unlock the Ain't nobody got time for that achievement in Knights of Pen and Paper +1 Deluxier Edition - Definitive Guide
The other submitted solution has some good information but it's laid out in a bit of a confusing way. I just completed this achievement in 373 days and I will detail how I easily did it.
First off I completed the game once prior with a new party. Going for this achievement on your first run would be extremely difficult so I suggest going through the game once and grabbing all of the other achievements on the way. Any gold you save during this run as well as any shop purchases (by pressing X) will carry over. Also there are unlockable players and classes which you can (and should) use on your 465 day run. My first run of the game took over 1000 days but it helped me immensely with this achievement.
I started this run with about 6000 gold and every shop item unlocked. I used the following items:
Table - Rock
Dungeon master - Dr. Cientist
Furniture Left - Armor (changed to Police Box around L10)
Furniture Right - Clock (changed to Sword and Shield when Blacksmithing)
Door - Dungeon
Rug - Bear Fur
Book - Monster
Pet - Johnny 6
Wall - Laser
I made the following characters in this order seated from left to right (the order matters due to buffs and enemy AoE attacks). I also list the skills I dumped my points into. You SHOULD have the table item that grants +1 to all skills unlocked to be able to access certain skills that only need 1 point in them.
Hugo - Knight: Frontline & Combat Skill evenly (Don't upgrade Defensive Strike, it only needs one point)
Betu - Rogue: Double Strike & Evade. I ended up with about 2 points of Double Strike for each point of Evade but your main goal is to get your critical hit % to 100 through Evade, items and the Necromancer spell Help From Below
Gui - Necromancer: Help From Below & Summon Minion. I put about 2 points into Help From Below for every 1 point of Summon Minion. Once you can get your Rogue to 100% crit through this spell + items + Evade don't dump any more points into it.
Ronaldo - Shaman: Static Field & Hurricane. I put about 2 points into Static Field for every 1 point of Hurricane
Hynx - Bard: Octavarium & Power Chord. I leveled these at about 3 Octavarium to every 2 Power Chord.
Nearly every fight followed the same pattern.
First round generally went Knight - Frontline, Rogue - Evade, Necro - Help from Below targeting the Rogue, Shaman - Hurricane, Bard - Octavarium.
Second round was Knight - Defensive Strike, Rogue - Double Strike, Necro - Summon Minion, Shaman - Static Field targeting the Rogue, Bard - Power Chord
Rounds following those were the same as the second with the Shaman casting Static Field on the Necro and the Bard doing any action other than the previous two since they last pretty long.
During the first half to two-thirds of the game you can handle 7 enemies with relative ease. When you get to the portal with the blobs and later to the knights in the amusement park, school, etc. you can split them into 2 fights each.
At the beginning of the game you can purchase the 6500exp potions for each character to get a decent jump but with the party the way it is you shouldn't have too many problems. I do suggest though at some point you do consume some to gain a few levels. I think I went through about 6 "rounds" of potions for each character and the Shaman actually gets double exp from each potion due to his character talent. So for every one he consumed I had everyone else consume two to stay even.
During your gameplay whenever you enter a cave make sure to mine for grindstones. When traveling from one point to another where there is a cave in between be sure to stop at that cave for mining and each time you're in town upgrade the blacksmith with them but do NOT upgrade anything until you are L16. Once you hit L16 the next time you are in a town with a blacksmith make sure to purchase 4 of the L16 rings that reduce blacksmithing costs by 20% as well as put on the wall item in the shop that reduces it an additional 10%. Then equip your characters one at a time with the rings and upgrade their equipment. Each successful upgrade will raise the blacksmiths exp. If he levels up, more options open up to you. When all characters have been upgraded feel free to purchase more grindstones in town and upgrade him further. The highest I ever got him to was L6 and it was all that I needed.
When it comes to items you should have several healing/mana (or combo) potions available. I rarely had to use them due to the hp/mana management of the Shaman/Bard classes but better safe than sorry. Also you should carry about 10 Phoenix resurrect items that grant you 250hp as well. There are times when freak occurrences happen and they will come in very handy.
I never once did a single mission in this run that wasn't a main quest. The only extra fights I had were due to failed dice rolls while traveling or fights in dungeons.
Once you hit L26 with your characters be sure to purchase four or five Luck Amulets and have each character equip one. I bought four and did not equip one on my knight. This along with the shop item will add 5 to every roll you have which will make traveling and dungeons much easier. Contrary to what the other guide says while you are in a dungeon if you get a heal roll or a treasure roll it does NOT add a day to your counter. This can make getting through dungeons a lot easier and save you several days as well.
As far as what other items to purchase be sure your Knight has HP/Damage resist items, your Rogue has Crit% items, and the rest have +magic and MP regen items.
One last thing about dungeons is the game saves before you go in and does not save until you come out. This is particularly handy for the final dungeon. You can enter the dungeon and with your +5 to rolls possibly get the key and get to the boss without ever having to fight. If you do find yourself in an overwhelming fight or get unlucky with the final boss killing two or more characters quickly you can hit the guide button and force quit your way out of the game and reload. This will restart you at the beginning of the dungeon again but you wont lose any days.
Lastly, here are some milestones I reached at which day. I didn't think to write them down until I was nearly halfway through but it may help you get an idea of where I was in relation to your playthrough:
168 - At the castle with a quest to Travel to Frozen Toe Passage
200 - Travel to Mountain Temple (my party was L20)
205 - Ninja/Black Mage fight
265 - Discovered Shipwreck Cove
304 - Met Gabe Newell on Steam Island (This is right after delivering the drink to the King)
305ish - Had to fight Decrepit Knights at various locations and jus to note I fought them in pairs of 3. Fighting 6 at once is not worth trying and very unlikely to succeed.
357 - Entered the final dungeon
365 - Killed the final boss
373 - Game officially completed
This left me with 92 days to spare. If you find yourself close to one of the above day milestones you can gauge how much extra time you have if you need to grind out a level or two or do some extra mining. But to stay on the safe side if you have extra gold just buy your grindstones and 6500exp potions.

Worked great, wrapped up on Day 371.
The only feedback I have is that, for me, I started fighting the Decrepit Knights on day 350ish, not 305ish. I'm guessing this is just a transposition on your part, but wanted to put that out there in case anyone else gets concerned they did something wrong.

The journey takes one day. One day is spent sleeping in the camp. Keep this in mind
