How to unlock the Revolutionary achievement in Red Faction Guerrilla - Definitive Guide
This solution contains a list of all 28 Radio Missions that will pop up during the game. This achievement will be much easier if you do it on a fresh game, as repeat radio missions will not happen unless you beat the game - so it will be easier to mark off the ones you have done. When you liberate an area, radio missions will not appear for that section until you beat the game.
First will be a visual version.
Key:
* Green - Convoy
* Pink - EDF Assault
* Blue - Interception
* The Dots represent where the missions START. They are not where you should be. Spawn points vary, and the general consensus is that as long as you are within the general area, that particular one will spawn.
Red Faction Map
Next, a text version. In my descriptions, I mention "spawned" as the general area where I was when this appeared. As said before, as long as you are around the general area, it should spawn no problem. If you miss or fail a mission, it WILL come back. Interception missions will NOT repeat if you have already completed it. Only Convoy and EDF Assault will repeat. If you get a mission you do not want, warp to a Safehouse, or quickly go fail a Demolition Master or Transporter.
Parker Radio:
* EDF Assault - Red Rock, central Parker
* EDF Assault - SW area in a little nook
Dust Radio:
* Convoy (Destroy) - Headed to Parker, starts at very top - spawned after first mission (Rally) near the pit.
* Convoy (Capture) - Leaving Chem Depot, ends at very north - spawned on the path to the bottom safehouse, just after that spot was destroyed (could be coincidence)
* EDF Assault - Bottom area in the center, the housing complex in the caves
* Convoy (Destroy) - Leaving old mohole comm station (the long squiggly road in the NW corner) - spawned while in the bottom section near the central housing caves
* Interception - Starts up north in Wind Farm - spawned just below while near the Guerilla Raid icon
* EDF Assault - Bottom area in the center, the housing complex in the caves (yes, this spawns two times at this spot)
* Convoy (Capture) - Starts at SE House Arrest, heading to Oasis - spawned after unlocking Dust Liberation Mission
* Interception - Starts near the SE corner - spawned while near the House Arrest nearby
* Interception - Starts next to the pit in Dust - spawned on right side of Parker near Dust/sensor towers
Badlands Radio:
* Interception - Starts at SW entrance to Badlands base (first one) - Spawned while at the Ore Deposit near the NE Transporter mission - up on the ledge, not at the curve
* Convoy (Destroy) - Leaving Badlands to FFZ Artillery Base, cuts through Dust
Oasis Radio:
* EDF Assault - NE corner
* EDF Assault - Safehouse
* Interception - Starts at NE corner - spawned while at the ore nearby
* Interception - Starts at SE corner - spawned while heading towards the Liberation Mission, around the entrance to the Residential Area (SE corner)
* Convoy (Capture) - Starts in Oasis, ending in Dust Chem Depot
* Convoy (Destroy) - Starts in Oasis, ends in Badlands Outpost
Eos Radio:
* Interception - Starts to the right of the NW corner - spawned just above the high priority bridge
* Convoy (Capture) - Starts at FFZ Artillery Base, ends at Martian Council - spawned around middle of map
* Interception - Starts at NE corner - spawned just below the entrance to Martian Council (near the monument / Story
Mission)
* EDF Assault - Nearby the House Arrest in the SE corner
* Convoy (Destroy) - Starts at Martian Council, ends at FFZ Artillery Base - spawned while waiting around at Jenkins mission on right side
* EDF Assault - SE corner gas station
* EDF Assault - North of Memorial Bridge
* EDF Assault - To the right of the previous EDF Assault (has a blue statue in the middle)
* Interception - Jenkins (can only be done once all collateral damage missions are complete - Jenkins talks about killing the Red Faction) - starts in Martian Council near the Heavy Metal mission *may only be accessible after you beat the game*

Ok, this is something I found out while trying to get this ach. Like many others I didnt do all radio missions until after I completed the game and then I was stuck on 102/104 for ages and realised that if your not sure which radio missions you have and havent done, just drive around (trying to cover most of the map, or using some of the guides above for areas) and then when a radio mission pops up look on your main map and if the mission icon is dark green then you've done it so just spawn to the nearest safe house and avoid that area for a while. If its light green then you need to do it, I have confirmed this with other players and they all agree. Hopfully this will help alot of people who are stuck. Good luck!

A good point to make, but hardly a solution, even back then. I know this post is 4-1/2 years old, but with the recent GWG offer a few months back, players new to the game should know that this is not a way to get the job done on the last 1 to 5 radio tags necessary.

Thanks for the input! Shame you didn't offer anything better!

Alright, I just got this achievement, and I think I can help everyone having trouble getting the Jenkins interception mission to spawn. I read through the comments on DanyDanman's solution and the solution itself and this lead me to my method.
First, clear your system cache. When you start up the game, do not redownload the update.
Start up your save file that you no doubt have soooo close to complete.
Fast travel to your safe house in the southwest (bottom right folks) of the EOS zone (light brown/tan color).
Go into your map and place a beacon with the A button on the Heavy Metal mission straight north of your safe house (in between EDF Central Command and Martian Council)
Now, just drive. You will no doubt still get crappy convoys that you have already done. I even got an EDF Assault mission radioed to me, but I also got Jenkins rather quickly. I was in the crappy garbage truck with the cannon on top the first time. He outran me. So I just kept fast traveling back to that safe house every time I got a mission that wasn't my interception.
In the name of full disclosure. Jenkins popped up for me the first time I tried this. When he outran me, multiple tries (around 7-9) resulted in useless bull*$@+. I got frustrated and paused the game, selected quit game, then loaded up a save I had made right before trying this the first time. When the game loaded, I resumed this grind. Jenkins popped up on the 3rd or 4th try this time. I cannot guarantee you will get him quickly, but I am 99.9999% sure you will get him doing this. Hope this helps my fellow frustrated gamers.
Seeing as I built this solution using information compiled from other peoples info and efforts, I do not take any credit for this.

Best guide for the Jenkins interception I could find on the internet. Did exactly as the guide said and got Jenkins to spawn the first time. One hit with a thermobaric rocket and *bleepbloop* Thank youv very much MEGAMAN962!

I've been stuck at 103/104 for 3 days now and the Jenkins mission just refuses to appear (I keep getting the convoy that heads to ffz), this clearing cache method will probably work but not redownloading the update will mean my achievement will have no time stamp

Just to complement DanyDanman’s already great guide. I had a problem where I was stuck on 102/104 for ages. Assuming I was missing 2 of the radio missions I followed DanyDanman’s guide but wasn’t finding anything.
Turns out one of the missions I was missing was actually a Transporter mission in the Free Fire Zone that I hadn’t uncovered on the map. So before you decide to spend hours of your life searching for one or two missing radio missions make sure you have the missions that show on your map done first.
There are 28 radio missions which mean a total of 76 standard missions that will always show on your map once you’ve found them. These are listed by area as follows:
Parker:
Demolitions – 2
House Arrest – 2
Total - 4
Free Fire Zone (area just above parker, same red colour ground on the map):
Transporter – 2
Demolitions – 2
Total - 4
Dust:
Guerrilla Raid – 4
Transporter – 4
Demolitions – 2
House Arrest – 5
Collateral – 2
Heavy Metal – 2
Total - 19
Badlands:
Transporter – 4
Demolitions – 5
Collateral – 1
Heavy Metal – 2
Total - 12
Oasis:
Guerrilla Raid – 4
Transporter – 3
Demolitions – 3
House Arrest – 4
Collateral – 1
Heavy Metal – 3
Total - 18
EOS:
Guerrilla Raid – 3
Transporter – 3
Demolitions – 2
House Arrest – 4
Collateral – 3
Heavy Metal – 2
Total - 17
Vogel:
Transporter – 2
Total – 2
Unfortunately I have been unable to find a map on the net which actually shows locations so if anyone does find one or creates one let me know in the comments and ill link the guide to it. I’m off to find my final radio mission because I’m too stubborn to start a fresh game.
UPDATE: Decided to start a fresh game after hours of trying to find my final mission without luck.
I followed DanyDanman’s radio mission guide and have the following suggestions.
Make sure you do all of the EDF assaults and Interception missions before liberating the sector they are in. If you complete all of those and are having trouble spawning the convoy missions don't worry. Once you complete the game I found the convoy missions spawn a hell of a lot more often than any of the other radio missions.
Also I can confirm the Jenkins mission will only spawn once you have completed the game and you do not need to have completed all of his Collateral damage missions for him to spawn. He spawned for me while I still had one incomplete collateral damage mission in Dust.
Any suggestions for improvements let me know and good luck.

A Solution to help those who left this until the end
There are 28 Events - Convoys (including capture & Destroy), Interception and EDF Assualt. These events are trigger by you when you are on different areas of the map.
I want to explain how they are triggered.
Around each event, there is a circle. When you are within that circle, you can trigger a Guerilla action to start. Now, the trick is to be within that 'trigger area' when an invisible clock runs down. You will see if you sit somewhere, within a short period (assuming you are within the trigger area), an event will ALWAYS spawn.
TIP: Being in a vehicle seemed to speed the 'clock' up.
When the timer expires, and you are in a trigger zone, you will get a possible action. The problem is that you may be in an overlapping trigger point, sometimes several, you will get a random choice made by the computer. AND IF YOU ARE DOING THIS AFTER THE CAMPAIGN IS OVER, EVENTS WILL REPEAT, SOMETIMES THE SAME ONE IN A ROW.
Convoys a-pleanty.
Apparently, when the 'smart' developers released their first update, it caused convoys not to spawn. So of course, they fixed this BY CAUSING THE CONVOYS TO SPAWN TOO OFTEN.... DUMB ASSES!
So if you are attempting to get any or all of the NON convoy Guerrilla Actions, this is difficult if they are in places with overlapping triggers, as the odds are in favor of getting a convoy.
Solution
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DONE all 9 CONVOY Mission FIRST
Clear your cache (Settings, Storage, Hard drive, )
Start the game, but DECLINE the update.
Return to those places which have interception (for me it was the NE Badlands location) or an EDF Assualt which doesn't spawn properly. Sit where instructed and WAIT. Convoys may spawn, but no where near the number of times. This will enable you to get your missing Guerilla Actions.
Suggestions (before staring the game)
Keep track of those you complete
Finish all Radio Transmissions BEFORE YOU liberate the zone
Be aware that Jerkin's last one doesn't spawn un EOS until after you finish the campaign
MOST IMPORTANT - finish the Transporters BEFORE you finish the game Because
This is a long grind. Better to do it in short spurts rather then all at the end like I did.

This map should help you if you're trying to find the starting locations of some of the radio calls. Obviosly, it's not perfect, nor the map in HD, but it really gives you a great starting place.
I started this AFTER I beat the game. So as mentioned in other solutions, expect to see alot of damn convoy calls if you saved this for last.
Big thanks to AC1D GroOve 3o3 for showing me this map so I could finally be done with this game.
Alright for this achievement i will explain the best way I completed the guerrilla actions, but first I'll give a few recommendations and tips before starting the campaign.
1. There are 104 guerilla action events total in game, now there are 28 events or radio missions consisting of convoy, (both capture/ destroy), interception, and EDF assault.
2. You must complete guerrilla actions before you liberate each sectors! (Trust me it'll make your life much easier if you complete radio missions for each sector ASAP.)
3. If you have missed some of the radio missions, unfortunately you will have to beat the campaign. The radio missions will not appear for the liberated sector until you beat the game, then the missions will spawn again.
4. When you receive a radio mission you will notice the emblem on a mission will be dark or light green, dark color is a completed guerilla action whereas lighter green is an unfinished event.
(Credit goes to Rusty3538 for clarifying this.)
When you start a new campaign or a new save the 28 radio transmissions are gonna be the biggest concern and should take highest priority! Miscellaneous objectives like collecting radio tags and mining the ores can be done anytime you want, you can even wait until the end to finish them. HOWEVER i will say it would be easier to finish all TRANSPORT missions before you complete the game,
Now as you complete events in each sector you will need to drive around the map to unlock more coverage of each sectors, that way you can access the missions on the map (heavy metal, transport, demolitions, etc.) One important thing to keep in mind when going for radio missions, sitting in a vehicle seems to spawn the radio transmissions lot faster.

The link above is very useful it shows pictures and details about spawn locations for all radio missions of each sectors, if the link isn't working type in steamcommunity.com then search for Red Faction guerrilla and scroll through for guerrilla actions.
This next section are for those who need help with their last radio missions!
If you were like me stuck at 102/104 for the longest time, then hopefully this guide gives you insight of what to do for your last radio transmissions. First off, if you missed out on radio missions before you beat the game then expect to see repetitive convoys (both destroy and hijack)! After countess hours I've wasted looking for my last 2 godforsaken transmissions, i finally found a solution that makes your walkthrough stress-free.
Here's the solution:
Using the detailed steamcommunity website as a guide, you would go to each radio mission using a vehicle seeing as it spawns missions quickly. Preferably you should write down which radio missions are completed with pen and paper so you don't lose track, and scratch missions off as you progress from sector to sector.
So easiest way to spawn the mission you want, travel to mission spawn location, and if it doesn't spawn the one your going for then you will need to fast travel to nearest transport or demolition mission. Best advice i could give to save lot of time and frustration is you fast travel to EACH radio mission with a vehicle about 5 or 6 times until you see the mission you require. I found using this method helped me very well, it will be tedious and annoying but it is the best way to ensure you find the correct radio transmission.
IMPORTANT!!
You'll notice on the steamcommunity website there's 2 areas that has conflicting radio missions in the Dust sector! The northern section (interception, and convoy) and central area (both are EDF assaults!) Since these missions are very close which makes spawning difficult, however you can fast travel to both areas (the northern area and central area) of dust sector, about 6-8 times or until needed to complete the missions.
When you beat the campaign, and your game is experiencing repetitive convoys then your game becomes unbearably hard to find last radio missions. So you may have to clear your system cache, to do this you'll first go to system settings on 360 dashboard then find your hard drive and format (i believe the Y button) then press clear cache. Next you load up the game but PRESS DECLINE UPDATE your profile will be offline so now the map should spawn missions lot easier.
I hoped this guide will help out fellow gamers seeking this stressful achievement, i know it's a pain. So best of luck to everybody with their missions!

GLITCHED
Some of the convoys can be a little glitchy in spawning so if you have any problems, see here: LINK, LINK, LINK, LINK, LINK (credits to SOFxColdPizza, MattH, yuri03042, TimmyShire and demi for the linked information). Prior to the 1.01 patch this trophy could become completely unobtainable on your current playthrough, thankfully now the 1.04 patch is out this trophy is merely glitchy rather than outright bugged. Also note that the trophy tile for this trophy is wrong, it incorrectly says there's only 100 Guerrilla Actions when there are actually 104.
Notes: The Guerrilla Actions in the Demons of the Badlands DLC don't count towards this DLC (credit to Brandon1988 for this info). Also note that already completed missions appear Dark Green on the map so ignore those. Credit to yuri03042 for this tip.
This trophy will take a while to get as the last Radio mission doesn't become available until after you have finished the final Campaign mission and all the Collateral Damage missions. None of these missions are missable, any Radio Calls you miss or fail can be re-attempted after finishing the last Campaign mission. We strongly recommend you complete all the missions, especially the ones received via Radio, before liberating each sector. The reason for this is they disappear after Liberation and don't reappear until after the finishing the final Campaign mission, which will make your life very difficult as the Radio missions will repeat indefinitely, even the ones you've already finished. Completed missions can be recognised by the fact the Mission/Locator image will be dark. If you happen to start a Radio mission that you don't want then save, exit and reload.
The acquisition points for the Radio missions change each time you fail one/load the game so a map is near useless, all you can do is keep driving around until you pick up the ones you're missing. There are 104 Guerrilla Actions in total which consist of the following:

Guerrilla Missions found on the in-game Map:

The goal of the Collateral Damage missions is to use the turret on Jenkins' vehicle to cause enough damage to EDF Property to meet a specific financial target e.g. 30 million Credits worth of damage. These missions will always finish up at a Safehouse.
- Demolitions Master:
The goal of Demolitions Master is to destroy the target as quickly and efficiently as possible. You are given different tools for each mission to learn how to use them to their fullest when demolishing a building. These missions are also part of the Got Any Fingers Left? trophy.
- Heavy Metal:
The goal of Heavy Metal is to defeat a certain number of enemies whilst inside of one of the various types of walker and tank.
- House Arrest:
The goal of House Arrest is to free fellow Red Faction members who are prisoners to the EDF and return them to the safe target location.
- Guerrilla Raid:
The goal of Guerrilla Raid is to eliminate EDF forces at the target location.
- Transporter:
The goal of Transporter is to retrieve the vehicle and bring it to the target destination within the time limit. These missions are also part of the Warp Speed trophy.

Guerrilla missions found through Radio Calls:
- Convoy
Convoy missions require you destroy the target vehicle before it reaches its destination. Sometimes you must capture a specific vehicle and return it to a Safehouse.
- EDF Assault
These work in the same way as Guerrilla Raids, only this time you're defending not attacking.
- Interception
The goal of Interception is to follow and kill the EDF target, then take the item they were carrying.
Do note though that it has been reported that the Radio Calls don't always spawn where they should. The missions will always spawn but you may have to travel a lot further to trigger any you're missing.

Tips:
- Always take a vehicle capable of taking 4 people with you when doing House Arrest missions. The reason being you don't know how many people you will have to rescue until the mission actually starts, you will also be able to make a much faster getaway. It also helps for these missions to make your own entrance into the target building(s) as the direct route is always heavily guarded. Kill all the nearby EDF soldiers else the hostage(s) may die before you can untie them. You only need to rescue one Hostage so it doesn't matter too much if the others die (that is if there is more than one hostage).
- For the EDF Assault missions just make sure you have the Rocket Launcher/Thermobaric Rocket and plenty of remote charges handy to take out the EDF vehicles, use your Sledgehammer or the Assault Rifle on the soldiers.
- Interception missions are easy enough, just destroy the target vehicle and recover whatever it is they were carrying. The easiest way to destroy the target vehicle is to use a vehicle with a turret. After retrieving the item, lose your Alert Level to end the mission.
- Convoys are either Search and Destroy or Search and Retrieve. For the SaD missions just get out your Rocket Launcher and charges and destroy every vehicle in the convoy. The SaR missions are harder as you have to capture a particular vehicle and drive it to the specified Safehouse but you must keep it intact else the mission will fail. To capture a vehicle, you have to kill the driver and sometimes a Turret Gunner as well - kill them with the Arc Welder to avoid unnecessary damage to the vehicle. Once the vehicle is empty, press at the prompt then you will get in and be able to drive off. The EDF will not take kindly to you capturing one of their vehicles and will try to stop you by any means necessary so watch out. If the target vehicle is a slow one, then it would be advisable to destroy all pursuing vehicles first, else you run the very great risk of the vehicle being destroyed.
- The only thing you have to watch out for when doing a Guerrilla Raid is to not get cornered or surrounded, else you will die very quickly. Once the Raid is finished, grab a vehicle and get to the nearest Safehouse as your Alert rating will be high and you don't need that kind of trouble following you around.
- When doing Collateral Damage missions your accuracy will be affected by the movement of Jenkins' vehicle so adjust your aim accordingly. The turret's rate of fire isn't great either so make sure you line up your shots carefully. You will get a few chances at each structure but it's advisable to target EDF vehicles as well, because the buildings alone won't earn you enough cash.
- When the convoys start respawning after the end of the main story, you can tell which ones you've done by the symbol on your map. If it's dark then you've done it before but if it's bright then it's a new one. Also, the ones you haven't done before will come first (credit to LPD for this info).
Here are some Sweet Spots where all the Convoys seem to spawn after 5-10mins of getting there, credit to TheLastNinja for this info:
5 convoy missions glitched for me as well [excluding Jenkins not being available until completion of the story]. These are the sweet spots I found:
- Area around the NE entrance of Dust from the Badlands.
- Northwest area of Oasis.
- Martian Council/Voice of Mars.
- Mount Vogel [Useless since the convoys are too far away].
It seems like it takes 5-10 minutes of being in the general area for the missions to come in.
Also, see this tip from yuri03042:
You will spawn EDFs and Carriers if you are standing still at a certain distance of the spawn point of the event (it's closer than you would think). Being too far away or too close, means you will block the event spawn or just get Convoys instead.
Two spawns overlap on the top right corner of Oasis and the 2 spawns inside the housing complex of south Dust also overlap. People should be extra careful about those so they don't think they are in the clear, when they aren't. My last event was the Courier event on top right (North East) of Oasis.
Also note that any missions you've completed will turn Dark Green when viewed on your map but the House Arrest ones stay a lighter shade of Green. Credit to snicolec for this info.
