How to unlock the I Feel Great achievement in Shadowrun: Hong Kong - Extended Edition - Definitive Guide
Got it unintentionally as follows:
Got my main character to unlock the Bear totem (3 Charisma -> 3 Spirit Summoning). Had him and two other allies with a combined wound values over 30 bunch together and cast it. It wasn't the spell "Heal Wound" and, as it healed all the allies in a short radius around the caster, the sum of all the healed wounds counted as "in a single cast" for me.

If you're having trouble, here's how I did it. On Gaichu's trust mission, I made sure to bring Is0bel with her grenade launcher and Gobbet with Heal. It strips 1 point of armor. I made sure that I had someone standing near an enemy, then hit them with collateral from Is0bel's grenades until their armor was gone. Put that character in a clear line of sight of the sniper on Gaichu's old squad, he should hit for at least 30. Heal that person before they take any more damage, and you're good to go.
Presumably this strategy should work just about anywhere, as long as you purposefully put your character somewhere they can be crit easily.
