I created an image showing the map and spawn locations for the Eight Pages and Into the Abyss levels, which are the most difficult levels in the game.

Striaght forward enough. Simply complete all stages either in sequence or via the stage select menu and record a time in the stats screen. The achievement will pop upon completing "The arrival" stage.

NB: Just a quick note that unlocking this achievement, will not unlock the "normal" difficulty achievement. You need to do a seperate run.

There are 8 levels you need to beat for this trophy. The majority of the levels in Slender: The Arrival are relatively simple, and for the most part, you aren't in any serious danger. Once you've beaten the game on Easy or Normal, you should be well-equipped to beat the game again on Hardcore, with a few exceptions.

The first level has no actual danger to it. It is technically possible to die in the Prologue, but you literally have to wait for a half hour or more before any actual danger can occur. Level 2, The Eight Pages, is harder this time around, but the same basic logic applies as on lower difficulties. I suggest reading the guide for Speed Runner I to get the lay of the land for this level.

The third level, Into the Abyss, is by far the toughest challenge on Hardcore. On lower difficulties, you are tasked with simply turning on 5 generators. On Hardcore though, you need to gather gas canisters in order to power the generators. This in effect doubles the amount of randomly placed objects that you need to find in order to progress. On top of that, your flashlight only has about 5 minutes of charge in it, Slenderman is far more aggressive, and the other enemy, "The Chaser" is also more aggressive.

On the plus side, in this level you will not activate any threats prior to activating a generator. This means that you can gather the required gas canisters while memorizing the positions of generators that you pass in order to lessen the amount of time that you are chased. The only real issue with this method is the battery in your flashlight. With the extremely limited amount of time you have before it runs out, you will need to navigate pitch black hallways, turning it on and off on occasion in order to check for corners and canisters. This level is literally pitch black in most areas, so knowing your way around is crucial.

In the spirit of knowing your way around, familiarize yourself with the map below:

As you can see, the 2nd floor has far fewer potential gas canisters and generators, so your best bet is to remain on the first floor unless you're forced up (having checked everywhere else). You can pause your game to see how many generators remain, but it doesn't tell you how many gas canisters you have, so make sure to keep count as you go. It might not be a horrible idea to mark on the map where you've checked already, and especially mark the places where generators are as you go.

Check below for a video of Into the Abyss on Hardcore:

Basically, once you've beaten Into the Abyss on Hardcore, the rest of the game remains the same, aside from Slenderman being more aggressive (which will really only have an effect in The Arrival). Breath a sigh of relief and slog through the rest to your trophy!
