How to unlock the Termination by Intimidation achievement in Super Mega Baseball 2 - Definitive Guide
For this solution, you need to create a custom team to play against with all the player attributes set to 0 on that team
Start up an exhibition game and play as the away team on ego 0 against your created team of 0 over all players as the home team, and set the Innings to "1". Hit several home runs or base hits until the opposing pitcher is "rattled". Make sure you have at least 6 runs scored
Allow your batters to get tagged out (force them to run and be tagged out) and once the other team is up to bat, throw pitches normally to get 2 outs, and once you have 2 outs only throw pitches as far to the side as possible to intentionally walk the batters. Do this until you see the pitcher come up to bat, as he should be rattled and you are on the last out of the game.
This part took me a couple tries as the AI sometimes hits your pitches for pop flies which don't count for the achievement, but if you alternate between a fast pitch like the 4 seam and then a change up or curve ball, the batter should miss the ball completely each time. It helps to pitch at the corners of the strike zone as well. Once you throw the third strike, you should win the game and get the achievement.
This method takes less than 10 mins, so even if the AI is a pain, its very fast to set it up again for a second try, overall took me less than 20 mins and 3 tries

Just a couple things I would add. You HAVE to have at least 4 runs because you will walk three in, if you get more great but only need four. Biggest problem I had was the pitcher getting subbed out, sometimes I would have to go to three pitchers before one was rattled.
I also made sure I was at two out, this was just because if I was at 0 outs and the pitcher was rattled he would be subbed out before I could get to three outs. On two outs I could get a base hit and run into the final out.
Do not let the pitcher strike you out for the 3rd out bc it might raise his mojo out of the rattled state and into just being tense. You won’t find this out until do all your pitching stuff and finally get to him in the batting order and see he’s just tense and you’ve wasted your time.

The only problem with this is that pitchers normally get subbed off for a pinch hitter

So I was trying to achieve this using an above guide, but whenever I would get the pitcher "Rattled", the opposite would just sub them out, regardless of the score. So you have to aim to get the whole team "Rattled", so they can't sub.
I noticed something in the last game I did. In short, if the CPU keeps throwing Bean Balls (when the pitcher hits you with a pitch), the whole teams Mojo is decreased (screenshot below, bottom right). The first time, it reduces the mojo to "tense" and the second time it goes down to "rattled".
To make the pitchers so inaccurate, you have to rattle each pitcher they sub in, until all of the pitchers are "Rattled". In the game I achieved this on, the CPU used 8 pitchers, all of whom were rattled.
Then, just extend your pitch count until they start to throw balls and beanballs regularly. I think it was at about 4/5 beanballs when it started to decrease the CPU's overall mojo, and the CPU then ended up throwing about 8. The end of game stats don't seem to show me this, but I had 9 walks in total.
Then once you've achieved this, strike out the last batter in the final inning, and the achievement should pop. I did this when I was the away team, so I batted first, and the CPU final innings was bottom of the 9th. I'm unsure whether this is necessary, or you can strike out a rattled opponent to win in the top of the 9th.
EDIT: Inclusion of screenshots

In case it's not clear, the game doesn't have to be close. In fact, blowing out the other team will rattle them plenty. You can also do this with custom teams. Just make sure that the last out is a strikeout.

Thanks for the guide.
The last time I played a baseball game was back in the Sega Saturn days, so I had to brush up on some of the terminology for the achievements. This one seems straight forward but I've done it a few times and not had it pop. I thought I was perhaps misunderstanding it... apparently not. I have mostly been playing in Elimination mode, so I guess I will try it in the others. Hopefully that will do the trick.
*Edit - I did it again and it finally unlocked. Weird.
