How to unlock the Unyielding II achievement in Trials Evolution - Definitive Guide
Please view the video below for the best explanation of each checkpoint:
The path used in the video was the path that I found to be most reliable and consistent. It is highly recommended that you use the Scorpion 450cc as well, as it is more stable.
There is a non-edited version of the run after the initial part of the video as well.

I found the Phoenix to be much easier. Maybe I'm the only one, but it's worth a try if you're getting nowhere with the Scorpion. At 0:40 I never had any luck with that nose dive, I prefer to boost over it (and usually brake), making it very much like the first jump in the level. At 1:05 I found the high road to be very consistent and never succeeded taking the low road. Again, I could be alone there.

Note: When in mid air and holding the gas, the bike will tip forward a little when you hit the brake. This "trick" is used a few times in this solution
I used the Scorpion for this.
Start: Gun it until you hit the ramp, then brake to stop. Roll back until your front tire hits the flat of the the ramp, then gun it again. In midair tap brake. You should land straddling the bridge. A little gas will get you to the checkpoint.
1st Checkpoint: Light gas until the top of the rise, then pump the gas to get to the valley and the next checkpoint.
Alternately you can maintain momentum over the rise like I did in the video.
2nd Checkpoint: After the flat, go full on with the gas. at the very top of the ramp tap the brake. this should give you a flat landing if done properly.
3-6th Checkpoint: This one is tricky. you need a little speed to avoid getting your front tire stuck, but not so much coming off the flat that you topple. A short burst of medium throttle should do it. Coast down to the 4th checkpoint and when your back tire crosses it, gun the gas again. Keep gunning it until you pass the water.
7th Checkpoint: Easy on the throttle going up the steel ramps. **do NOT hit the brake in midair here.
8th Checkpoint: Easy on the speed until the bike tips down, then gun it until you do a small jump. Then just go easy on the gas until the next checkpoint.
9th Checkpoint: Use medium throttle up the ramp. Do not go for the shortcut up top, instead land safely below. Gentle throttle to the next Checkpoint.
10th Checkpoint: Gun it up the ramp, then let go of the gas until you land. **Do NOT hit brake in midair.
11th Checkpoint: Easy on the throttle until the next checkpoint.
12th Checkpoint: tap the gas to get off the platform, then easy gas up the ramp, then gun it as you start down after the crest.
Alternately you can get off the platform, then gun it to the end.

Thx. The hint with breaking in mid air really helped.

Please keep en eye on the controls input I did - this is only displayed in Replay data.
Use brake in air when the bike's front needs downwards momentum. Let loose of the gas at the top of the first very high uphill grade and hit the brake as long as necessary to create a decent front bike momentum to straighten the tire line before the bike lands - this only works if the pressure on the bike's front suspension is pressed strong enough while driving uphill - so make sure that your bike gets enough pressure on its front axis from the momentum you have maintained before you drive uphill there. As for the second very high uphill section, you have to make sure to just race up there while keeping the gas pressed, and according to the situation you have to release the gas for a split second if it would happen to you that both tires get collision simultaneously, on the final part of this obstacle, if drive momentum would be insufficient - however, it is extremely difficult to maneuver, with limited controls possibilities. Therefore your aim shall be to touch that last obstacle only with one tire - the best is the rear tire, since you can accelerate with it - remember that you can always make good use of the brake while in mid air if the momentum that presses on the bike's rear is not relatively too strong.
Practice more the parts you have not mastered yet. Keep doing the whole track for multiple times, until you reach zero faults! Have fun - you can do it too!

Not a 'guide' video, but maybe you can learn from this video of me getting this achievement.
I took sometime at every checkpoint testing out different ways to do every checkpoint successfully.. then just tied them all together.
